Just left a few hours, before we say goodbye to the year 2018 and wish great welcome to the year 2019. In some hard situation, I feel the time is moving slowly but when on the last day of 2018, I feel the time is moving faster too. Again… The year 2018 is a tough year for me to adapt my life without my lovely dad since my lovely dad was passing away in 2016. Slowly time was making me learn new things and healing my heart too.

I admit that my stress was giving a big impact on my health. I know my mom, family and close friends was worried about that, especially they know about the result of my medical check-up is not really well since 2016 and 2017. In mid-December 2018, I do the regular medical check-up by the sponsor of the company I worked with now and my medical result was unexpected. I was feeling happy and grateful after looking at my medical result. It turns very well. Most of my colleagues are asking me, what was I ate to get the great result. To be honest, I don't know what was I ate. I really don't remember.

Maybe around mid of 2018, I'm slowly changing my unhealthy lifestyle to the healthy lifestyle routine. I think I should continue to do what's I did for my healthy lifestyle. At the same time, I also try to the minimum the stress and relax as much as I can. Just to be positive and happy. The year of 2018 I have been thru many things that I never been imagined before this. Let's me throwback some of the memories…

On January 2018, I have two wonderful events; which are the Happy 6 Years Blog Anniversary and also my birthday month. I would like to say thank you for who are always support me until today. I'm appreciating it so much. I don't know how to describe it in the words. It does also the second year I was celebrating my birthday without my father. I also continuing update about my trip to Korea in November 2017 since it has not finished yet.

On March 2018, I shared about my moods in March 2018. At that moments, I feeling grateful what's I was received after I threw the hard moments, especially in the office. Actually, the ‘crazy guy' that always gives me the hard time. Sometimes, my work's stress is not really hard rather than me to face him.

On April 2018, I just finished unpacking my luggage after back from Korea on last November 2018. Then, I have been share about the Korea shopping haul – what's did I spend along my trip to Korea. Before I forget, I was back from my holiday in Singapore with my mom and sister – just 2 days 1 night. I do also about what I did to spend time ‘alone' on weekend at home.

On May 2018, I get the chance to go to the International Books Fair in Kuala Lumpur with my mom and then, I spend of money a little bit to some books I look interesting to me. I do finish read the poetry book of 모두가 네 탓 which is written by Lee Jongsuk. I also ready to study back Korean language by myself when I got free time. Just to refresh my memories about all the lessons I have been studied before this.

On June 2018, I do share some experience with K-skincare products that I have been trying it. All of them is my honest review about it and all not have been the sponsor at all. On this month, I decided to change my lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle routine. I try slowly changing a little bit and I keep myself practices to become new healthy habits for me.

On July 2018, I keep sharing the new K-Beauty products that I have been trying it before this and I do the honest review about it.

In August 2018, I take a short holiday with my family. We're going the road trip to the Penang, Malaysia. Lucky, I got the hotel voucher at Penang, Malaysia during the company annual dinner event. At the same this, I still share the new K-Beauty products that I have been trying it before this and I do the honest review about it.

On September and October 2018, I do share the new K-Beauty products that I have been trying it before this and I do the honest review about it.

On November 2018, I just get time to update the post about my first time holiday to Sydney and Melbourne, Australia with my mom and sister on mid-September 2018. It is such as the wonderful memories to me. I was feeling happy and grateful when one of my wish lists has come true. I also share the extra tips to tourist before going to Australia and this tip is special to Malaysian tourists.

On December 2018, I updated new post about my fourth time holiday to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. This trip is just for 4 days 3 nights and this trip on October 2018. As like always, this trip just for shopping ‘baju raya' with my family. I also do share the new K-Beauty products that I have been trying it before this and I do the honest review about it.

There are some stories throughout the year 2018. Some of it is wonderful memories and some of it is painful memories to me but I know my life's stories do not stop yet. I still have a lot of things to do on my bucking list. Although this, I hope the future bright and more positive vibes in the year 2019. I also would like to wish "Happy New Year" to all of you and always be happy.

This is not my first time trip to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The first time holiday to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam is on 2015 with my Mama and my late dad. Then, I continue going there in 2016 and 2017. So this is my fourth time going there with the same focus and mission. As you know, I have been updating the previous stories about my holiday to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam in my blog – just free to read it.

I think the Ho Chi Minh City is quite famous among Malaysia tourists until it has a place that knows as Malaysia Street at the Ben Thanh Market area. This area is also famous with 1-day tailor services; which is your dress (traditional Malaysia dress) can be finished just in 1 day only. Some of the shops also can make it in half day too but it depends on the shop that you choose. Yes, it is has a lot of shop in the Ben Thanh Market that you can freely choose by yourself. They also still can accept the Malaysia Ringgit (RM) too.

My trip to Ho Chi Minh is on 06 October 2018 (Saturday) until 09 October 2018 (Tuesday) by Malaysia Airlines. This trip is together with my mom, sister, and aunty. We're staying at the Alagon Western Hotel – just close to the Ben Thanh Market and also located in Malaysia Street. Nothing much special on this trip, it is looking same almost every year that I'm having been going there. Just at this time my aunty is the first time she going there and every day we're just shopping.

The Alagon Western Hotel is a great location for who come to Ho Chi Minh City just for shopping and do the business (like buy the materials) around the Ben Thanh Market. Since it's close by of each other and this hotel also provided the halal breakfast for easy to the Muslim tourist. Actually, in my opinion, this hotel is not really suited to me. It is because the superior double room is so small with no window and on the night day, it's so noisy. I still can hear the next room talking to each other and the night market is just in front of our hotel. I can't sleep well on the night because of this. If you plan to stay at this hotel, I recommend choosing the room type of suite room or executive city view room. I also take the airport transfer services by the hotel and the fare is reasonable for me.

Okay. Since this is the first time trip for my aunt so we're just walking around the Saigon City – just like the city tour. I get chance to visit the Hard Rock Café in Ho Chi Minh. It is just nice when I get the t-shirt at the store. I also find the famous café building in the Ho Chi Minh City but I did not go inside because we're having next activities.

Before I forget on this trip, my sister was found the tailor shop so we're can manage well of our dress since we can talk directly to the tailor and tell her what's kind of dress we want. I knew where her shop is once my sister shows the picture to me and her shop is petty close to our hotel. She can speak basic English but she can't speak Malay – just understand a little but Malay only. I quite surprised when she knew almost all the traditional Malaysia dress. I also want she make a dress for me that same in the picture and it turns very well. Most of that she quite understands normal Malaysian tourist request to make the dress, especially for Muslim tourist. I love it so much. The cost is not really expensive but it does depend on the kind of materials and the dress pattern style that you request too.

Lucky, she told us that we can get a special price from her sister shop in the Ben Thanh Market. It's true, the price is cheaper rather than on the last year but since we're so busy shopping so I really don't take note about the price in detail. I just knew a few only, the tailoring cost to make a long dress with lining (VND 500,000 – RM 88.25), and Baju Kurung Moden (3), Long Dress with lining (1) & Vietnam Dress with lining (1) the cost (VND 1,700,000 – RM 300.05).

That is my entire story about this trip. It looks short but nothing much happens on this trip because we're going there for shopping only.

Actually, I got the Dr. Jart+ Dermaclear Micro Form (50 ml) when I bought the Dr. Jart+ Every Sun Day Special Set whiles my trip to Seoul, Korea in November 2017. I really don't remember this product's price in Korea but I look at Sephora Malaysia Store and it's available with the price is RM 125.00.

The Dr. Jart+ Dermaclear Micro Form is hypoallergenic cleansing foam featuring hydrogen mineral water to gently remove impurities with fine, dense microbubbles. This mild, moisturizing cleansing foam is formulated with a calming herb complex to soothe stressed skin and panthenol to help retain moisture without feeling tight and dry, and gently deliver comfort to skin after cleansing. Gentle bubbles and mineral-enriched hydrogen water effectively remove makeup and impurities without irritating skin, leaving the complexion feeling clean and fresh.

The packing is a simple, no-frills squeezy tube that stands firmly on its own. The cap is a flip-top cap. I did not smell any scents of this product. Normally, I do the double cleansing on the evening and I using this product as a second step cleansing. This cleanser does its job relatively effectively for removes some left-over makeup on my skin. I recommend doing double cleansing on the evening routine skincare for your skin's health. It's a mild cleanser when used on its own, it gives a relatively mild cleanse. So far, it's good for me. I would like to give 3.8 stars out of 5 stars to this product. I will not repurchase this product by itself but if I get as a special package of another product, then I will get it.

Before this, I have been curious about the k-beauty product of Son & Park Beauty Water. Then, I was found this product while my trip to Korea in November 2017. I don't really remember the price of this product, maybe the price is around KRW 25,000 (RM 92.75) with the free gift of travel size 60 ml. Actually, this product also available in Malaysia Beauty Store like Watson Store (RM 149.90) (selected stores), Play Up Advance Stores and Hermo Online Website (RM 109.00).

The Son & Park Beauty Water is a cult favorite multi-benefit toner and cleansing water that purifies and conditions skin. It creates a clean base for the next step in your skincare and makeup routine. The Beauty Water claims as not just a cleanser but it mildly exfoliates with willow bark and papaya extract to help sweep away dead skin cells, revealing brighter skin tone and smoother texture. Lavender water, rose water, and orange fruit extract imparts subtle hydration so your skin can be prepped to absorb the next care steps while adding in a bit moisture.

The Beauty Water can be used in the morning to create the perfect canvas for makeup application, midday as a refresher, and night after cleansing to whisk away remaining impurities. The Beauty Water has a pH of 4.5, effectively resetting the skin's natural after cleansing. It is easy to use, moisten a cotton pad and gently sweep across the face. I have been used in the morning and also in the evening on daily basis as the toner.

The Son & park Beauty Water has a mild scent of orange fruit. It is okay for me. The packaged is the simple, minimalist and sleek design of the bottle. It looks like an elegant glass bottle, but it's actually just a plastic bottle.

I also try to use the Beauty Water as cleansing water, when I ran out of makeup removes. Normally, I just wear a simple makeup – not really heavy makeup. Then, I wipe off the soaked cotton pad with the continued gentle wipes, the makeup was completely gone even those that claimed to be waterproof. It didn't feel sticky on the skin. I also feel my skin smooth after using this product but I do the double cleansing after that for making my skin super clean.

For me, this product is useful when it has been used as a multi-benefit product, even this price a little bit pricey. It's okay for me because I like the way my skin looks better after using it. Maybe I just fall in love with this product. I would like to give 4.8 stars out of 5 stars to this product. I also will repurchase again this product, especially when I back to Seoul, Korea.

The one of my favorite body lotion from Innisfree is Green Tea Pure Body Lotion (300 ml). The price in Malaysia is RM 50.00 each. The main ingredients are from green tea. The green tea from Jeju Island helps retain skin moisture and maintain brilliant skin. This lotion smells is like green tea and fresh. I like it. The intensive moisturizing body lotion is that doesn't leave behind any stickiness.

The lotion is like ‘watery' but it doesn't feel greasy when applied in your skin. It is absorbed into your skin quickly. It feels perfect body lotion for me in the weather like Malaysia. Normally, I just use it after taking a shower and I applied it to my body. This lotion does keep my skin soft and moisturized. Overall, I like it so much. I would like to give 4.8 stars out of 5 stars. I also will repurchase this product again in the future.

The Innisfree brand's in Malaysia is quite familiar and famous. I also not the first time using this brand, but I'm first time try the Innisfree My Makeup Cleanser – Micellar Oil Water. The cleansing water is quickly and thoroughly removes waterproof makeup through the oil-drop layer added to micellar water.

This product is introduction the tear-free #one_cotton_pad_cleansing water. The mild micellar water is added with an oil drop layer, providing a gentle cleansing over heavy point makeup with one cotton pad soaked in a tear-like neutral pH level formula.

It is easy to use this product. Just shake it well before use to allow the oil-drop layer to mix well with micellar water. Dispense an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad to gently wipe off your face and remove heavy makeup. For me, this product works well on my skin and it also removes all my heavy makeup just using the one-cotton pad. I would like to give 4 stars out of 5 stars to this product.

On mid of July 2018 ago, I was bought some of the Crabtree & Evelyn London products by using the special voucher from Grab Malaysia. Lucky, on mid of September 2018 is my holiday to Australia so I got chance to try the Crabtree & Evelyn London Spring Travel Collection; which are Crabtree & Evelyn London Pear & Pink Magnolia Body Lotion (50 ml), Crabtree & Evelyn London Pear & Pink Magnolia Body Wash (50 ml), Crabtree & Evelyn London Goat Milk & Oat Body Lotion (50 ml), Crabtree & Evelyn London La Source Body Lotion (50 ml), and Crabtree & Evelyn London Evelyn Rose Body Lotion (50 ml).

The season in Australia during my time travel there is spring season so the temperature is between 23ºC to 7ºC. Of course, I share these products with my family along this trip. This temperature will make my skin dry, and then I need extra care on my skin to give moistures on that season. On my experience, this lotion gives my skin moistures once my apply it. Normally, I apply it twice on daily basis (morning and night) and it gives long lasting too. I like this lotion and it's convenient to carry everywhere once I needed to extra apply on my skin. I would like to give the 4 stars out of 5 stars to this product.

Maybe some of the readers notice that I have been updating the stories about my experience discover Sydney and Melbourne, Australia in September 2018. In this topic, I would like to share some tips for travelers who are planning the trip going to Australia soon. Maybe these tips will be useful to you before going there, especially to Malaysian tourists.

Here, the extra notes of the tips I would like to share before you're planning travel to Australia.

  1. Season. Yes, the season in Australia is different from the countries that located above Malaysia like Korea, Japan, Europe and more. This situation is the same if you planning to travel to New Zealand. The season during my trip in early spring in Australia. It is because the spring season in Australia starts on September until November (Average temperatures: 11ºC - 23ºC). The summer season starts on December until February (Average temperatures: 18ºC - 30ºC). The autumn season starts on March until May (Average temperatures: 13.7ºC - 26ºC). The winter season starts on Jun until August (Average temperatures: below 7ºC). Better checks the season before you decide to plan your trip.
  2. Weather. Do always checking the weather condition (on daily basis) before you go out from the hotel during your trip to Australia. It is because the weather in Australia is unexpected and always changing all the time. Better carry the umbrella or raincoat in your handbag, just in case.
  3. World Time Different. Normally the time difference between Sydney and Melbourne, Australia with Malaysia is 2 hours ahead of Malaysia. But if you plan to go to Perth, Australia the time is the same with Malaysia.
  4. Adaptor Type. Mostly the adaptor type or plug-in Australia is two flat metal pins shaped live a ‘V' and some may contain a third pin in the center. It is better bringing the international adaptor together with you.
  5. Visa. Malaysian Tourist needs the visa or known as ETA Australia Visa before entering Australia. It is easy to apply the Australia visa thru the website but if you not confident to do by yourself, you can ask any travel agent for apply the Australia visa for you with the standard charge is RM 20 per person. Once you had done apply for the visa, your information is already in the Australia immigration system but its better you print the visa for your copy – just in case they ask about that. One more thing, you didn't get the cop on your passport once you enter Australia. Maybe in the Australia immigration system is using online only and they do not need to cop your passport.
  6. Things can and can't bring to Australia. As you know, Australia and New Zealand are strict about these things so everything you bring together with you, you need to declare once you've arrived at any Australia Airport. Normally, the things that you can't bring with you are everything in fresh condition (like meat, poultry, fish, seafood, eggs, dairy, fruits, vegetable and related with it), honey, grains, seeds, nuts, plants, traditional medicines or herbs, animals, soil, and related with it. For more information, just visit the website. (www.border.gov.au/allforms/) or (https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/ente/brin/can-i-bring-it-back) or (https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/ente/goin/tips-for-travellers). Such as a Malaysian tourist, I know you like to bring foods from Malaysia. Actually, you can bring some foods from Malaysia but you need to buy the product with the detail ingredient label with it. Example like instant noodles (Maggi), drinks' product 2 in 1 (milo kosong, coffee 2 in 1 (just coffee with sugar pack), and the instant foods (Brahim). The normal products that you can't bring it like drink products 3 in 1 (coffee 3 in 1 or tea 3 in 1), normally this product have milk inside so can't bring it; milo 3 in 1 also can't bring it, as you know all products have related to milk – you can't bring it; but if you have baby – you can bring the baby's powder milk but everything you bring have to declare, medicines (with label in small quantity), and salted Dried Sour Plum with seed inside – you can't bring (Asam Boi) with seed inside. One more thing, you can't take-out any of ‘meal on broad' from the plane while you can't finish it. It has shown all about this once you enter the plane.
  7. Incoming Passenger Card. Complete fill up the Incoming Passenger Card or known as Declaration Form (don't leave black in the certain section). Tick the things that you bring it together with you in Declaration Section (just be honest). If not, once you get caught – you're in trouble. One more thing, clean your shoes from the soil when you've arrived in Australia. You also need to make sure your extra shoe in luggage is also clean too (if you bring it).
  8. Important Documents. Always carry your important documents (like flight details, hotel reservation, and any related to it) in your hand carry bag. It is easy if the immigration officer asking you. Be confident when you answer any question from them and be prepared too.
  9. SIM Card. The SIM card phone for internet and call & SMS is available in the airport. You're feeling free to choose any shop you like once you've arrived at the Australia Airport. I recommend taking the rental pocket WiFi before you're going to Australia because it is easy for me. Like I do during my trip to Australia. The device of pocket WiFi can be used until 6 devices in one time.
  10. VAT Claim. As a tourist, you're entitled to get the VAT Claim or Tax Refund but you need to spend more than AUD $300 (RM 946.50) in single receipt and you can get your claim at the International Terminal Airport in Australia, before you check-in your luggage because the officer want to check your claim items and it takes time. So when you plan to get your Tax Refund, I strongly recommend to go the airport early more than 5 hours. You don't know the queue is long or short on that day so better you go there early; just to avoid any problem.
  11. Meal Portion. Mostly the meal portion in Australia is big for ladies or who not really eat much. So I recommend if you plan to eat outside with your friend or family, maybe you can share 1 meal with 2 people. At the same time, you can save your money too.
  12. Time Operation. Most of the shopping mall and stores in Australia is close early – normally around 6 pm on every day. But except for the restaurant, café, and bar; maybe some supermarket too – those places are closing late rather than the normal closing time. Better you check the operating hours of the stores you want to go. Planning well.
  13. Public Transportation. In Australia, public transport is like the bus, taxi, subway and also tram. These public transports are easy and convenient for traveling around the city but if you plan to go outside the city, the better way is self-drive by rental the car or join the optional tour. If you planning to go to Melbourne, in the Melbourne City it has a free tram just inside the middle of the city only. You can try it once you're in Melbourne City.
  14. Public Toilet. Mostly the public toilet in Australia is free. So it is easy for you while you're traveling to Australia.
  15. People. In this part, based on my experience. Mostly, Australian people are nice and kind; especially in the big town. They are willing to help you but it is will be nice if you asking them nicely and try to look at the situation before you decide to ask anyone. But some of them show a little bit of uncomfortable manner like speak in high tone (like angry tone mood) when you asking or ordering something. Maybe it is normal for them but try to calm when speaking to this kind of people. I think it is the way their talk normally. I not sure about it but not all of them like that. Just show your smile.

That is all my extra notes tip of discovers Sydney and Melbourne, Australia in September 2018 with my mom and sister. It is a wonderful and amazing memory to me of discovering new places. I have been learning many things during this trip.

Here, the link to the continued stories about the Discovers Sydney & Melbourne, Australia in September 2018 – Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6, Day 7, and Day 8.

On the previous post, I was updating the stories about discovers Sydney City and also Melbourne City on 13th September 2018 (Thursday) until 19th September 2018 (Wednesday); which is Day 1 until Day 7. So I would like to continue my story on Day 8, 20th September 2018 (Thursday); which is this day is my last day at the Melbourne City, Australia.

I'm feeling sad to say goodbye to my final day at Australia. Like people say ‘every story will have the ending', but it depends on which kind of ending you want to end in each story did you created.

Actually, our flight schedule back to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is on midnight. But we've to book the hotel room until 19th September 2018 (Wednesday). Since we have a tour on that day, so we've to check-out from the hotel on the early morning then we ask the hotel's staff to keep our luggage at the lobby hotel while we're going today tour. After back from our last tour, we're straight changing our clothes and take a light dinner before we're going to Melbourne Airport.

It is the same airport we've arrived from the Sydney to Melbourne, Australia but this time we're using the international terminal. Actually, the different is by the terminal did you going to use, which is international terminal or domestic terminal. The standard stand-by for international flight is 3 hours before departure. Just arrived there early to avoid any kinds of problems.

The journey from our hotel to Melbourne Airport is taken around 30 minutes to 40 minutes and it's depending on the traffic condition too. Once we've arrived at Melbourne Airport, we're straight going to the check-in luggage counters by Singapore Airlines.

Just to your information, the check-in luggage counters of Singapore Airlines in the Melbourne Airport is required you to do self-check-in by printed the boarding pass at the self-check-in machine. It is easy but while you're not confident to do so, just ask the staffs, then they are willing to help you anytime. After you done printed your boarding pass and the luggage tag, then you have to queue to the drop luggage counters, just behind the self-check-in machine.

TIP 18 – if you have the transit flight like me (MEL/SIN/KUL), please make sure you printed both boarding pass and double check your final destination. Once your feeling have some not right, you need to ask the staffs before you do the drop luggage.

After all, is done, we're straight walking to the body checking by immigration Australia. It's a long queue but it does not take a long time. When it is done, we're going to immigration for check our passport before we're going to the free duty stops in the airport.

TIP 19 – kindly give the cooperation with the immigration Australia if they ask to do so. As a standard rule of international security, you can't bring the liquid more than 100 ml on the carry bag and the hand carry bag weight not more than 7 kg. Just follow the standard rule of international security. It is the same even in Australia.

The journey of the international flight from Melbourne Airport (MEL) to the Changi International Airport (SIN) is taken the time around 8 hours, same with the time I'm the flight from SIN to SYD. The flight number is SQ218. The departure time is 00:05 (12:05 am) from MEL, on 20th September 2018 (Thursday). It is just my tired day, so I didn't have the mood to snapshot the photos while we're waiting for the plane.

A plane is a double-decker plane from Singapore Airlines. The economy class area, I seating is on the main deck in the plane and the seat arrangement is 3 – 4 – 3. The seating area for the economy is also quite a big space for me. We're lucky to get the seating 1 row (3 seating) beside the window together with my mom and sister. It's petty nice and comfortable flight.

The cabin crews give us a welcoming warm towel, then they give us the snack and juice after the plane is stable. We also get the small pillow, blanket, earphone, and small pocket bag (stocking and toothbrush & toothpaste). The entertainment on this plane is quite nice and many choices of the movie but since I'm so tired, then most of the time I'm sleeping on the plane.

On this journey, we're got meals two times; which is the snack and the breakfast. Before they serve the meal to the passenger, they are given the menu to us. In my opinion, the meals on board Singapore Airlines is just okay and it is not really suited on my tastes, maybe. It's because most of the meals, I can't finish it.

After the 8 hours journey from Melbourne, Australia to Singapore – finally we're safely arriving at the Changi International Airport on 06:00 am on 19th September 2018 (Thursday). Just right on time. Then, we're straight walking to another terminal to take our flight to Changi International Airport (SIN) to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). We only have the conjunction time of transit is 1 hour so we've to rush after we go out from the plane. The situation is almost the same with the time we're the flight from KUL to SIN on 13th September 2018 (Thursday), Day 1.

The journey from SIN to KUL is just taken the time around 1 hour. The flight number is MI322. The departure time is 07:10 (07:10 am) from SIN and we've arrived at the KUL on 08:05 (08:05 am), 20th September 2018 (Thursday). It's just a small plane of the seat arrangement the 3 – 3. Since it's a short journey from SIN to KUL, then I got the orange juice in the plane with the wet tissue.

That is all my stories on day 8 of this trip. It is a wonderful and amazing memory along my holiday to discover Sydney and Melbourne, Australia in the first time in my life. I also never miss doing one small amazing souvenir to myself, which is write a postcard and post to my home at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I do it in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia once I saw the Post Shop. Both of my postcards arrive at my house after 2 weeks.

Just for your information, I have been writing the extra note tip about discovers Sydney and Melbourne, Australia based on my experience during this trip. Feel free to read it.

On the previous post, I was updating the stories about discovers Sydney City and also Melbourne City on 13th September 2018 (Thursday) until 18th September 2018 (Tuesday); which is Day 1 until Day 6. So I would like to continue my stories on Day 7, 19th September 2018 (Wednesday). On this day, we're going the outside parts of Melbourne City again like on Day 5 and Day 6 but it's another outside part in Melbourne, Australia.

Actually, on our itinerary, this day is the day of free and easy activity but some of the members in this group decide to join the optional tour by arranging of our tour leader or a.k.a our tour guide too. On this optional tour, we have to pay extra AUD $120 (RM 378.60) per person; just for transport only but including the driver.

As you know, we have to check out the hotel room on 19th September 2018 (Wednesday) since this day is our last day at Melbourne City. So we have to check-out early because out tour starts at 07:30 am, after breakfast. We just ask the hotel's staff to keep our luggage at the lobby hotel until evening.

The first place we visit is the Brighton Colourful House. This is one of the famous landmarks in Melbourne, Australia. The Colourful House is located at the Brighton Beach. The Brighton is an affluent coastal suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 11 km south-east of Melbourne's central business district. Its local government area is the City of Bayside. Brighton is named after Brighton in England.

Brighton houses some of the wealthiest citizens in Melbourne with grand homes and the development of large residential blocks of land. Brighton is also well known for its Dendy Street Beach with its 82 colorful beach boxes, a row of uniformly proportioned wooden structures lining the foreshore at Brighton Beach.

I just know from our tour guide, each of this colorful beach boxes art design is represented by the person who built it. Most of it, owned by the rich family and they will use it during the summer season. It is just a nice and unique spot location to take the photos.

TIP 15 – during the time I go there, the temperature is cold and also windy so be prepared for the long jacket when you go there in the spring, fall, or winter season. If you go there in the summer season, it is normally full of people on the beach.

The next location we're visited is the Great Ocean Road. Along of this Great Ocean Road, it has the famous landmarks of Melbourne, Australia; which is the Twelve Apostles. The journey from the Brighton Colourful House to the Great Ocean Road is taken around 3 hours and 30 minutes by ride a van. Yes, it's a long journey of this tour. Even it is a long journey; I still can enjoy the beautiful scenes outside from the van.

The Great Ocean Road is an Australian National Heritage listed 243 km (151 mi) stretch of road along the south-eastern coast of Australia between the Victorian cities of Torquay and Allansford. Built by returned soldiers between 1919 and 1932 and dedicated to soldiers killed during World War I, the road is the world's largest war memorial. Winding through varying terrain along the coast and providing access to several prominent landmarks, including the Twelve Apostles limestone stack formations, the road is an important tourist attraction in the region.

The Great Ocean Road starts at Torquay and travels 244 km westward to finish at Allansford near Warrnambool, the largest city along the road. The road is two lane (one in each direction) and is covered by a speed limit changing between 50 km per hour and 100 km per hour. The road travels via Anglesea, Lorne, Apollo Bay, and Port Campbell, the latter being notable for its natural limestone and sandstone rock formations including Loch Ard Gorge, The Grotto, London Arch (formerly London Bridge) and The Twelve Apostles.

The first stop along the Great Ocean Road is the London Bridge. The London Arch (formerly London Bridge) is an offshore natural arch formation in the Port Campbell National Park, Australia. The arch is a significant tourist attraction along the Great Ocean Road near Port Campbell in Victoria. The stack formed by a gradual process of erosion, and until 1990 formed a complete double-span natural bridge.

The span closer to the shoreline collapsed unexpectedly on 15th January 1990, leaving two tourists (Kelli Harrison and David Darrington) stranded on the outer span before being rescued by a police helicopter. No one was injured in the event. Prior to the collapse, the arch was known as London Bridge because of its similarity to its namesake. Nowadays, it known as the London Bridge has fallen down. We just walk and snap some photos around this place in 30 minutes.

TIP 16 – the windy of this place is strong rather than the Brighton Beach. Meanwhile, the season at that time is early spring, so the temperature is quite cold. I recommend preparing well. I just can stand there around 20 minutes, after that I can't feel my hands even I wear the gloves.

Since it's in the afternoon so it is time for lunch. In this optional tour is not include the lunch but the driver took the place for us to lunch by ourselves. He brings us to the Port Campbell town. The Port Campbell is a coastal town in Victoria, Australia. The town is on the Great Ocean Road, west of the Twelve Apostles, in the Shire of Corangamite. It is a small town so not much we can choose for our lunch expect the fish and chip restaurant.

Next, we're have been visited the Loch Ard Gorge. The Loch Ard Gorge is accessed via the Great Ocean Road, 3.5 km northwest of the Twelve Apostles and about 3 minutes' drive west of the Twelve Apostles. Stairs allow visitors access to the beach and a pathway allows access to the eastern side of the gorge.

The gorge is named after the clipper ship Loch Arch, which ran aground on nearby Muttonbird Island on 1st June 1878 approaching the end of a three-month journey from England to Melbourne. Of the fifty-four passengers and crew, only two survived: Tom Pearce, at 19 years of age, a ship's apprentice, and Eva Carmichael, an Irishwomen emigrating with her family, at 19 years of age.

According to memorials at the sire, Pearce has washed ashore and rescued Carmichael from the water after hearing her cries for help. Pearce then proceeded to climb out of the gorge to raise the alarm to local pastoralists who immediately set into the plan a rescue attempt. After three months in Australia, Carmichael returned to Europe. Four of her family members drowned that night. Pearce was hailed as a hero and continued his life living until age 49. He is buried in Southampton, England.

The last stop along the Great Ocean Road is the Twelve Apostles – one of the landmarks in Melbourne, Australia. The Twelve Apostles is a collection of limestone stacks off the shore of the Port Campbell National Park, by the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia. There are eight Apostles left, the ninth having collapsed dramatically in July 2005. The name remains significant and spectacular, especially in the Australian tourism industry.

The apostles were formed by erosion. The harsh and extreme weather conditions from the Southern Ocean gradually eroded the soft limestone to form caves in the cliffs, which then became arches, which in turn collapsed; leaving rock stacks up to 50 meters high. Because of this erosion, there are eight remaining.

The site was known as the Sow and Pigs (Muttonbird Island, near Loch Ard Gorge, was the ‘Sow', and the smaller rock stacks were the "Piglets", the Pinnacles or the Twelve Apostles. The formation eventually became known as the Twelve Apostles, despite only ever having nine stacks.

In 2002, the Port Campbell Professional Fishermen's Association unsuccessfully attempted to block the creation of a proposed marine national park at the Twelve Apostles location but was satisfied with the later Victorian Government decision not to allow seismic exploration at the same site by Benares Energy, believing it would harm marine life.

The stacks are susceptible to further erosion from the waves. On 3rd July 2015, a 50-meter-tall (160 ft) stack collapsed, leaving eight standing. On 25th September 20019, it was thought that another of the stacks had fallen, but this was actually one of the smaller stacks of the Three Sisters formation. The rate of erosion at the base of the limestone pillars is approximately 2 cm per year. Due to wave action eroding the cliff face existing headlands are expected to become new limestone stacks in the future.

TIP 17 – the windy at this place is not funny. Sometimes I face a hard time just to find the right position and style to snap the photos. Mostly all the time, this place is full of people and tourist so try to be patient about it.

After that, we're going back to Melbourne City by drive a van with the 3 hours journey. It's a long journey but I've learned many things on this day. I also enjoy my day in Melbourne City.

That is all my stories on day 7 of this trip. Just for your information, I have been writing the extra note tip about discovers Sydney and Melbourne, Australia based on my experience during this trip. Feel free to read it.
