Finally, I can finish this project before BIGBANG Alive Galaxy Tour 2012 in Malaysia tomorrow (27th October 2012). I make this video based on Super Junior music video and songs that I edit. At the last part of this video, I put all Malaysian ELFs message for Leeteuk Super Junior before he will join army for 2 years that start on 30th October 2012. I know this video now to good but I still under learning. This is my second fan made video for Super Junior. I hope you guys like it... (^_^)
I take music video from Super Junior; It's You, Mr. Simple, Free, Sexy & Single and last is No Other. The songs that I use are from Super Junior latest album Free, Sexy and Single; that is From U, and Rockstar. I also put Super Junior songs from album Sorry Sorry - Why I like You.

Watch it!! (^_^)

Sekali lagi, saya membeli produk dari The Face Shop. Sebenarnya saya mahu membeli toner E'thym saja memandangkan hanya itu saja yang hampir habis tetapi saya tertarik dengan "body scrub" mereka.

Juruperunding Kecantikan The Face Shop memperkenalkan pada saya "White Secret Fresh & Purity Brightening Body Scrub".

Bak kata pepatah melayu "Rambut sama hitam tetapi hati lain-lain."

Stress is a normal part of life and usually comes from everyday occurrences. Here are some ways you can deal with everyday sources of stress.

1) ELIMINATE AS MANY SOURCES Of STRESS AS YOU CAN
For example, if crowds bother you, go to the supermarket when you know the lines won't be too long. Try renting videotape rather going to crowded movie theaters. Clear up the clutter in your life that get in your way. A garage sale is one effective way to do this.

2) IF YOU ARE ALWAYS RUNNING LATE, SIT DOWN WITH A PENCIL AND PAPER AND SEE HOW YOU ARE ACTUALLY ALLOTTING YOUR TIME
Say it takes you 40 minutes to go to work. Are you leaving your house on time? You may be able to solve your problem (and de-stress your life a bit)  just by realistic. If you  can't find the time for all the activities that are important to you, maybe you are trying to do too much. Again, make a list of what you do during the day and how much each activity takes. Then cut back.

3) AVOID PREDICTABLY STRESSFUL SITUATIONS
If a certain sport or game makes you tense (whether it's tennis or bridge), decline the invitation to play. After all, the point of these activities is to have a good time, If you know you won't there's no reasons to play.

4) IF YOU CAN'T REMOVE THE STRESS, REMOVE YOURSELF
Slip away once in a whole for some private time. These quiet moments may give you a fresh perspective on your problems. Avoids stressful people. For example, if you don;t get along with your father-in-law but don't want to make an issue of it, invite other in-laws at the same time you invite him. Having other people around will absorb some of the pressure you would normally feel.

5) TRY DOING ONLY ONE THING AT A TIME
For example, when you're ridding your exercise bike, you don't have to listen to radio or watch television.

6) LABOR-SAVING DEVICES, SUCH AS CELLULAR PHONES OR COMPUTER HOOKUPS, OFTEN ENCOURAGE US TO CRAM TOO MANY ACTIVITIES INTO EACH DAY
Before you buy a new equipment, be sure that it will really improve your life. Be aware that taking care of an equipment and getting it repaired can be stressful.

7) COMPETING WITH OTHERS,WHETHER IN ACCOMPLISHMENTS, APPEARANCE, OR POSSESSIONS  IS AN AVOIDABLE SOURCE OF STRESS
You might know people who do all they can to provoke envy in others. While it may seem easy to say you should be satisfied with that you have, it's truth. Stress from this kind of jealousy is self-inflicted.

8) REMEMBER, SOMETIMES IT'S OKAY TO DO NOTHING

9) IF YOU SUFFER FROM INSOMNIA, HEADACHES, RECURRING COLDS, OR STOMACH UPSETS, CONSIDER WHETHER STRESS IS PART OF THE PROBLEM
Being chronically angry, frustrated, or apprehensive can deplete your physical resources.

10) IF YOU FEEL STRESS (OR ANYTHING ELSE)  IS GETTING THE BETTER OF YOU, SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP- A DOCTOR OR THERAPIST.
Early signs of excess stress are loss of loss of a sense of well-being and reluctance to get up in the morning to face another day.

11) IF YOU THINKS YOUR INTEREST CAN REDUCE YOUR STRESS, JUST DO IT
For example, you love all about K-Pop and Korea. Just do it. Listen their music or watch their MV, variety show or Korean Drama. Share with your friends that have same interest with you.

BIGBANG WELCOME TO MALAYSIA!! WE WILL MEET SOON!!!

Semangat Big Bang memuncak...^^
Wah!!!

Maka Juru Perunding Kecantikkan Nature Republic kenalkan pada saya "Given By Flower Daisy Mask Sheet" untuk memutihkan kulit muka.

In Korea, rather than the ubiquitous North American question, “What’s your sign? you are more likely to be asked, “What’s your blood type?” Linking blood types to personalities allegedly goes back to the 1920’s in Japan with the concept being resuscitated in the 1970’s by a Japanese writer, Masahiko Nomi. The idea then spread outward and took root elsewhere, primarily in Taiwan and South Korea.

Following are the personality traits ascribed to the basic blood types: A, B, AB and O.

Blood Type A:
Positive Traits: Conservative, introverted, reserved, patient, punctual and inclined to be perfectionists.
Worst Traits: Obsessive, stubborn, self conscious and uptight.
Referred as ‘farmers’ in some descriptions, Type A’s are said to be considerate of others and loyal to a fault. They can also be secretive and reluctant to share their feelings. Apparently they don’t hold their liquor well, either.

Blood Type B:
Best Traits: Animal-loving, creative, flexible, individualistic, optimistic and passionate.
Worst Traits: Forgetful, irresponsible and self-centered.
Referred to as ‘hunters’, Type B’s have very independent natures and tend not to be concerned about what other people think of them. Although often described as shallow and lazy, they can be quite passionate about the things they hold dear. Patience is not their strong suit either.
Type B men have acquired a very negative reputation in Korea and are not considered by many to be good husband material. Often described as ‘players’, they are perceived as being selfish and mercurial, quick to anger and not terribly reliable. That said, their bad boy image makes them very attractive to women, but not for the long term. (Type B women do not share in this bad rep, for some unexplained reason).

Blood Type AB:
Best Traits: Cool, controlled, empathic, introverted and rational.
Worst Traits: Aloof, critical, indecisive and unforgiving.
Referred to as ‘humanists’, Type AB’s are said to be controlled more by their heads, than by their hearts. They are rational, good with money, but unpredictable. Although inclined to be distant, they prefer harmony and as such, work well with mediators. Some consider them two-faced, and therefore untrustworthy.
Blood Type O:
Best Traits: Ambitious, athletic, robust and self-confident.
Worst Traits: Arrogant, insensitive, ruthless and vain.
Referred to as ‘warriors’, Type O’s are viewed as natural leaders and are often, also, natural athletes. They tend to be outgoing, expressive and passionate, but can also bore others to death with their obsessive drive for success coupled with their absolute convictions that they are winners. This certainty that they will always win explains why they aren’t afraid to take risks or gamble. They have a strong physical presence and are unlikely to ever be overlooked.

Movies have been made dealing with relationships between people of certain blood types and songs have been written, especially about that ‘cad’, the Type B male.

In some countries, one may be asked about one's birth sign; in Korea, you're more likely to be asked about your blood type. It's your choice as to how much credence you give to the question and to the impression you’ll make – one option is to treat it as you would an astrology-related question.

Korea has four seasons, with a wet monsoon/summer in the middle of the year, and a cold winter from November to March. The island of Jeju off the southern coast is the warmest and wettest place in the country. The ideal time to visit Korea is during the autumn months (September-November). During this time, the country experiences warm, sunny weather, skies that are cobalt blue and spectacular foliage that is perhaps the biggest draw. Winters are cold and dry and are a good time to visit if you are interested in winter sports as there are numerous ski resorts. Spring (April-May) is also beautiful with all the cherry blossoms in bloom. However, it is very busy and one needs to book in advance to ensure accommodation is available. The summer months are muggy and hot, and rather crowded. It is also when the monsoon begins so many activities are subject to the fluctuations of heavy rain.

Four Distinct Seasons

Korea's climate is regarded as a continental climate from a temperate standpoint and
a monsoonal climate from a precipitation standpoint. The climate of Korea is
characterized by four distinct seasons: spring, summer, fall, and winter.

Spring

Spring lasts from late March to May and is warm. Various flowers, including the picturesque cherry blossom, cover the nation's mountains and fields during this time.

Summer

Summer lasts from June to early September. It is a hot and humid time of the year.

Autumn

Autumn lasts from September to November, and produces mild weather. It is the best season for visiting Korea.

Winter

Winter lasts from December to mid-March. It can be bitterly cold during this time due to the influx of cold Siberian air. Heavy snow in the northern and eastern parts of Korea makes for favorable skiing conditions.
