On last a few years ago, I have been taking a class to study the Korean language in beginner level but I'm really busy doing my actual work and I can't manage the time between works and study. Because of that, I decide to stop continue taking a class to study the Korean language.

One thing in my life that I can't stop to do that is I can't stop thinking about planning my trip to going back my second hometown; which South Korea. Yes. Recently just on last November 2017, I have been going back to Korea with my family for 2 weeks trip. We recover many locations that we not yet been there before in part of Seoul, Gangwon, Gyeonggi, and Jeju Island. As normally, this trip as free and easy; so I very good to manage everything about this trip by myself, including the complete itinerary too.

Something funny happened during the trip to Korea on last November 2017. I know most of my fashion style is pretty close to the Korean Fashion Style; even I'm a free hair person if to compare with my mom and sister during the trip. Maybe on that reasons, some Korean people talk with me in the Korean language for asking me about the direction and also the station name while we're on the train. I'm surprised at that moment when I can answer well of all about they asked me in the Korean language. Sometimes, I have asked some direction in the Korean language to Korean people when I'm lost in the unfamiliar place. My mom and sister felling proud walking with me, especially I can translate what's they talk around us. Maybe because of that reasons, I feel that I have to study the Korean language back by myself.

How do I study the Korean language by myself?
  1. I am looking back on my previous Korean Language Class's notes. I will make the revise of the beginner level Korean language, so I can see the picture of what's I'm studying by chapter and it also makes me easy understand the flows. I'm pretty sure; I forget many things about that.
  2. I also study thru the new Korean language textbook that I bought before; for example of the Korean language textbook are The Korean Verbs Guide Vol. 1 & 2, and the Korean Grammar in Use, Beginner to the Early Intermediate textbook. Normally, I will write a new note based on what's I understand what I study thru these textbooks. I also will write the different notes of each textbook with colorful pens for the easy way I can remember. This kind of method, I already practice since I study in High School.
  3. Before I forget, I was found a one of useful online Korean Study video on YouTube under name of seemile. So far, I like to study Korean thru these videos because they are great giving the explanation of each topic. If you're interested, just visit their YouTube and subscribe their channel too.
  4. Since I have many of Korean books in my books collection, so I do reading these Korean books when I've free time. Sometimes, I also keep a small notebook together with the Korean book that I currently reading for easy me writing the new vocabulary with the translation. In the same time, I learned many new words when I reading a Korean book. So far, I not yet finish ready any the Korean books in my book collection. *laugh*
  5. Sometimes, I also keep writing new notes or new vocabulary from the random stuff like when I saw in the Pinterest, K-Pop songs lyrics, and also Korean quotes. To be honest, its have many things about Korean language note on Pinterest. So I do love to save the entire new interesting Korean note in my Pinterest account category, then I will write back about that in my iPad Pro Notes. So I'm easy to add on the new things about any related of that without feeling to worry the space in the Notes because I can easily adjust the space on anytime I like with different chapters and category.
  6. The last part of it, I do love to study the Korean language by listening to the instrument Piano of K-Pop songs. This method is effective to me for easy to remember what's I study and also it's made fast to me understand what's I study about, especially thru the Korean language textbook.
That's all the method I would like to share about how's I study the Korean language back by myself. I hope it's will be useful to anyone who has interest to study the Korean language by yourself, since some of you are busy with your routine activate or works like me.

The K-Beauty brand of Heimish looks familiar on my blog, since I recently posted the review of this brand before, under name of Heimish Exclusive Pink Box. On last year, when I going back to Seoul, Korea – I never miss buying some of the K-Beauty products that not yet selling in Malaysia Store, except on Hermo website. Then, I bought the Heimish Artless Prefect Cushion at the Aland Store, Myeongdong with the price of KRW 34,000 (RM 125.80) with a refill.

Nowadays, I become huge fans of cushion because it's easy to apply on the face and also neck. But the problem is the product is the suit on my skin or not. I have a combination skin type but it's will be change depend on weathers. Now let's start the review about the Heimish Artless Prefect Cushion.

The Heimish Artless Prefect Cushion gives a natural coverage abundant with moisture and radiance; gorgeous skin tone where continue application will not cause darkening; and herb extracts that protect the skin. It comes with two shades colors, which are 21 – Light Beige (a pink glow added to be bright skin tone to produce a more livelier color) and 23 – Natural Beige (a color that provides a natural sheen to a skin tone with a mid-range glow). Normally, I choose the 23 – Natural Beige of the last tone color because I like natural makeup looks.

Once I apply, this cushion is given medium coverage and it covers light redness. For me, this cushion is doing the okay. It's good for who's have a combination or oily skin types and live in a relatively humid place like me. Its can stand over 5 – 6 hours without cakey-feeling. Maybe on my T-zone, I just cover with the oil control film. Sometimes, this product reminds me of the Moonshot Face Perfection Balm Cushion because it's almost working as the same feeling after using it. But the only thing, I dislike this Heimish Artless Prefect Cushion is the tone color I choose is make my skin look dark after I apply on my face and neck, especially after 5 hours. It's different if to compare with the Moonshot Face Perfection Balm Cushion. Everything is okay for me.

Just like the brand's motto of being modern and chic without overdoing it, this cushion comes in a gorgeous but simple white compact with rose gold accents and simple pink and grey graphics. The Heimish product packing is never failed to make it looks minimal and beautiful with a simple touch. Overall, I would like to give the 3.5 stars out of 5 stars to this product and I'll repurchase after I out of all the cushions stocks.

On mid of April 2018, I was notice interesting on Instagram; which is related to the books – the most my favorite part of my life. This is not a novel but it's a Notebook with the variety of local art cover by Malaysia local artist from Journalife. While, they are open the booth at the Lot10 Mall, Kuala Lumpur, from 12 April 2018 until 22 April 2018; so I try to check out about that. It turns out such what's I expected. The Journalife's booth was selling such as the 2018 Journal Planner, Notebook, Postcard, Notepad, and also Sketchbook with the variety of local art cover. These are like new things for me and I love it so much.

I bought two the Jounalife Notebook with the price of RM 89.00 (each) and I also get two the free postcards. I choose the different art cover design. Maybe the price looks like a little expensive but it's worth it for me. The quality paper of this notebook looks high quality too. It's not a sponsored post – I just like to share what's the interesting thing for me.

Honestly, I'm a huge fan of Korean Skincare and most of the review beauty products on my blog are from Korean Skincare. The most familiar products that related to eyes area I knew are eye creams and eye serums but about the eye patches, this is my first time to know about this product, even this brand too. On last year, Hermo make promotion then I feel interested in the Petitfee Premium Gold Hydrogel Eye Patch and the price is RM 29.00 after discount.

The Petitfee Premium Gold Hydrogel Eye Patch is infused with luxuriously hydrating ingredients such as ginseng, hydrolyzed collagen, rose flower water, 24k gold, and bird's nest extract. These patches are effective in helping make tired eyes look refreshed and bright by improving blood circulation and target fine lines and bags under the eyes. There are 60 individual essence soaked patches in each container.

It's easy to use this product. After cleansing, just carefully apply patches under eyes, and then remove after 10 to 20 minutes. Pat in the remaining essence to absorb into your skin. Lastly, follow with a moisturizer if desired. Personally, I like to apply these eyes patches after I apply the toner on my face. The patches are a good size and can adjust under eyes easily. It feels cooling and refreshing while application. In the beginning, I can't see the difference in the result but I can see its slowing show the difference when I use it regularly. Another thing, I notice the effect is not lasting. The packing of this product is nice with gold color. I would like to give the 3 stars out of 5 stars to this product. Honestly, I not sure that I will repurchase this product in future yet.

One of my current favorite Korean skincare brands is Laneige. I've been using the Laneige's brand since 2013 until today. Most of Laneige's products are the suit on my skin and the result never disappointing me. The product I would like to make a review of this post is the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask of Lavender Edition. As you know, my skin type is the combination but it's may change because of the weather condition.

The Laneige Water Sleeping Mask has 2 types which are the original (blue color) and lavender (purple color) but both products are the same function. The Laneige Water Sleeping Mass is a gel-type product that provides intensive moisture sleeping mask for makes the skin look clear, bright, and revitalized in the morning with the purification function of Sleep-tox as if having had a good night's sleep.

It's perfect for all skin type. If you have oily or combination skin like me, this product is perfect for you too. It contains Beta Glucan for skin regeneration, Ceramide SLN for moisture loss protection, Hubza Apricot Extract for skin purification, and Chestnut Extract for improving skin texture.

It's easy to use this product, just after your night skincare routine; take adequate amount of mask using the spatula (having together with this product). Gently apply on the skin face in the direction of skin texture, starting from inside of the face and working outward in an upward movement. Not forget your neck area too, then leave it overnight, and wash your face the next morning.

Actually, I've been trying the both of Laneige Water Sleeping Mask (Original Edition) and also (Lavender Edition). Honestly, I love these both products but I think I already fall in love with the Lavender Edition. It's because the lavender scent can make me calm and relax. It does also help me to get a good sleep too. It's a light gel-type overnight moisturizer and the texture is not thick but its great absorbed in my skin.

The packaging is sold in a 70 ml glass jar so it's heavy while the cap is hard plastic. But don't worry if you dropped this, it doesn't break easily. It also comes with a spatula, all packaged in a box with minimalist design. The price is RM 120.00 (include tax). It's easy to find at the any Laneige Store in Malaysia.

The moment I bought this product, it's coming together with the Refill Me Campaign and me got the free bottle of Refill Me, Laneige. It's so cute and nowadays I always carry this bottle for me keep hydration all the day. I would like to give the 4.8 stars out of 5 stars to the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask (Lavender Edition). I also already repurchase these products while I going back to Korea on last November 2017 for making my skincare stocks. That's all my honest review of this product.

I'm pretty sure everyone knew the name brand of Moonshot. This brand is from YG Entertainment Beauty Line and I like this brand even it's a little bit expensive. On Moonshot, its have some skincare products and cosmetics products too. But more of Moonshot's product is the focus on cosmetics products. Before this, I have been tried using the Moonshot cosmetics products and make a review about that since June 2015, December 2015, October 2016, April 2018, until today.

Since the Moonshot Store has been open in Malaysia on last year, so I take this chance to visit one of Moonshot Store Branch in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Lucky on last April 2018, the Moonshot Malaysia make the crazy promotion; which is ‘Buy 1, Get Free 1" of all kinds of Moonshot's product with the original price and its also can mix the products too. Another promotion of Moonshot Malaysia on April 2018 is ‘Special Price' of some Moonshot products. It's sound crazy for me because I can save more money when I bought the Moonshot products.

Among the Moonshot's products I bought at the Moonshot Store in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur are Moonshot Moonbright Cream (RM 210.00), Moonshot Moonglow Balancing Essencream (RM 180.00), Moonshot Moonglow Balancing Bubble Toner (RM 138.00), Moonshot Lash Infinite [02 Volume] (RM 138.00), Moonshot The First Moon Drawing Wireless [Color 1907] (RM 99.00), and Moonshot Power Fixer [201] (Special Price, RM 80.00 of Original Price, RM 220.00).

The free items of Moonshot products I got from the promotion ‘Buy 1, get Free 1' are Moonshot Microfit Cushion SPF 50+ PA+++ [Color – 301] (RM 180.00), Moonshot Face Perfection Balm Cushion [Color – NI 301 Sand Beige] (RM 175.00), Moonshot Mist Essence Moist (RM 138.00), Moonshot BIGBANG 10 Lip Balm (RM 99.00), and Moonshot Lip Treatment Glow (RM 128.00). The entire total price I paid is RM 845.00 and I get save my money is RM 720.00. If the products do not have a promotion, I need to pay almost RM 1,705.00. It's the huge amount when I calculate the total price with the original price of the Moonshot products I bought on last April 2018. How can I not to be happy when I got great saving my money because of this great promotion.

Maybe in future, I would like to make a review about the Moonshot Skincare Line such as Moonshot Moonbright Cream, Moonshot Moonglow Balancing Essencream, Moonshot Moonglow Balancing Bubble Toner, and Moonshot Mist Essence Moist. Just stay tuned…

A few months ago, I was visiting one of the Watson Store in Kuala Lumpur and I'm looking the hair care products. Among the many products in the hair care section in the store, my eyes stick to the Kerasys Salon Care Volumizing Ampoule Shampoo and Conditioner. It's because this product was made in Korea. I'm huge fans of K-Beauty so I would like to try this product by myself. The price for shampoo (600 ml) is RM 39.90 and the conditioner (600 ml) is also RM 39.90.

My hair type is normal to oily scalps but like I say some of my skin conditions is also depend on weathers so it's hard for me to stick only one type. Some of the professional hair care say about my hair is its normal condition so I didn't have to worry about that. This Kerasys Salon Care Volumizing Ampoule is for provides intensive treatment to add bounce and volume to fine, and weak hair. It's blended with natural proteins in moringa extract and vitamin-enriched basil extract. The hair ampoule technology transforms fine, weak hair into fuller, more voluminous tresses.

I do have the hair fall condition when every time I wash my hair and I also have a highlight color too. In this condition, I have to do extra care to my hair for not become worst. After I using this product for a month, I can say that my hair becomes dry, a little bit dandruff, and frizz at the end of my hair. Maybe this product is not suited to my hair condition. Not only I have that condition but my mom also has the same condition too because we share the same hair product. I would like to give 2 stars out of 5 stars for this product and I wouldn't repurchase this product in future. That's all my honest review of this products.

Another great deal from Hermo's website of Korean Skincare is Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner. I bought the Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner with the price after discount is RM 65.09 and I also get the free gift of Pyunkang Yul Notebook (blue color), Pyunkang Yul Relaxing Salt (80 g) and some test sample of Pyunkang Yul.

Pyunkang Yul is developed by Pyunkang Oriental Medicine Clinic in Korea. It attempts to make products that are suitable for their patients with sensitive skin without adding any harsh chemicals or fragrance. It emphasizes on finding the moisture and oil balance in your skin, a concept that is similar to oriental "yin" and "yang".

Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is a clear, slightly viscous, runny liquid that can hydrate and moisturize your skin. It is pretty close to Klairs Supple Preparation Toner. It provides a nice cushiony slip that will allow you next step skincare routine to absorb better into the skin. It is not completely watery, but runny and is not sticky or tacky at all. For me, it is perfect for normal and dry skin type but might be a little bit heavy for oily and combination skin type like my skin type.

So far, this Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is worked fine on my skin. This toner is gentle, moisturizing and soothing without being sticky at all. The packaging is simple and nice. I would like to give the 3.5 stars out of 5 stars for this product.

This is the first time of the famous Korean Actor and Model Lee Jongsuk write a poetry book with the title of 모두가 네 탓; which mean ‘it's all your fault' or ‘everything is your fault'. This book was the collaboration with the Famous Korean Poet of Na Taejoo. This book has 272 pages with the hardcover of red color. However the book only contains the poems of Na Tae Joo but it has a DVD, which contains Narration of actor Lee Jongsuk. The book is all written in Korean only and the DVD has four language options (Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese) but it does not provide the translation of poems.

Honestly, I really take time to understand every word in this book. I'm not really good in the Korean language since I stop continue study of Korean language in the year 2013. But I do love this book and I can continue to study the Korean language by myself. In what's I understand about this book is it's about love, heartbroken, life, and people. When you read this book, I hope you can enjoy reading as I am.

On last year, I got to notice the Heimish Exclusive Pink Box in the Hermo's website. This special gift set is a great deal for holiday seasons. The price is RM 108.49 (after discount) [original price RM 218.90, include GST]. I'm surprised when I open the box; it's consisting 3 products of full size; which are Heimish All Clean Balm (120ml), Heimish Refresh Water (365 ml), and Heimish All Clean White Clay Foam (150 g).

Before this, I already make a review about the Heimish All Clean Balm (120ml). So what's can I say, this product work is amazing and my view after using this product is same like before. But before I forget, the packaging of the Heimish All Clean Balm is upgraded a little bit. What am I mean the way to open this product is easier rather than the previous packaging; which is I just flip-off the cap to open. The previous packaging of the Heimish All Clean Balm, I have to twist-off the cap. It's overall the packaging is still same as the previous; which is comes with an included spatula that's hidden under the flip-off cap.

Then, I have been trying the Heimish Refresh Water (365 ml). The Heimish Refresh Water of the main ingredients is the protease, AHA, BHA, which is good for maximum skin exfoliation and moisturizing. It also has Keratin care ingredients which help to keep our skin firm and form a protection layer to retain healthy skin. The 20 activate natural ingredients that amazingly soothe and balance facial skin while providing it with moisture. The Moringa seed extract, sunflower seed oil, centipede extract; that will protect your skin from the harmful environment.

The Heimish Refresh Water works not only as the toner but cleanse the makeup as well. Even I did the double cleansing steps in the evening, maybe there is still have some makeup left. I like the ways Heimish Refresh Waterworks. It helps us cleans all the remaining dirt and also old keratin from our skin. I like the scent of Heimish Refresh Water, for me its smell like lemongrass and it gives me the fresh scent after I apply it on my skin. Maybe it's quite difficult for some people is sensitive to the strong scents or hate the scents like herbs.

Lastly, I would like to share about the Heimish All Clean White Clay Foam (150 g). The Heimish All Clean White Clay Foam is such as deep cleansing. It contains amazon white clay to draw out excess oils and impurities as well as hyaluronic acid, coconut and citrus herd oils. The latter is work to balance the skin by nourishing and conditioning. It emerges from the tube as grayish thick clay. Its formulation is like a clay mask. However, when massaged between the palms with a little water, it lathers into this beautifully rich and creamy consistency. It can then be massaged on the skin and ends feeling like a soothing cream cleanser. Splashes of water wash this off easily.

Actually, I like to use this as evening cleansing after I do remove all my makeup by using the Heimish All Clean Balm on daily basis. It looks me always practice to do the double cleansing on the evening for remove all makeup and dirt on my face. My skin doesn't feel bone dry or stripped or raw after using this. It's perfect for my skin type of combination and oily skin type. In fact, the cleanser feels quite soothing and refreshing on my skin. But I not really recommend this product for who had the dry and mature skin type to use it on daily basis. Maybe you can use it on twice a week. However, it is listed as paraben free, suitable for all skin types and hypoallergenic.

That's all my review about the Heimish Exclusive Pink Box; which are consists of Heimish All Clean Balm (120ml), Heimish Refresh Water (365 ml), and Heimish All Clean White Clay Foam (150 g). I would like to give the 4.5 stars out of 5 stars for all these products after me using around 2 weeks before I write the review about it. This is my honest review and maybe some people had the different experience than me.

On last year, I notice the Huxley Deluxe Collection (Limited Edition) on the Hermo's website. Its special gift set for holiday season collection. The price I bought from Hermo is RM 93.40 (after discount). The products are beautifully presented in a Huxley pouch, making it a perfect gifting option. This Huxley Secret of Sahara set consist 7 units of 30 ml bottles; which are Huxley Hand Cream: Velvet Touch; Huxley Velvet Touch Cleansing Water; Huxley Be Clean, Be Moist Cleansing Gel; Huxley Be Clean, Be Moist Toner; Huxley Extract It Scrub Mask; Huxley Sweet Therapy Healing Mask; and Huxley Keep Calm Sleep Mask, Good Night.

It's a great deal of travel because all bottles are only 30 ml. Even I'm love traveling; I also need to give attention to my skin, especially when I am going traveling to the country that had 4 seasons. I'm pretty sure my skin will slow change because of the weather. I like the scent of the Huxley Secret of Sahara Skincare line. I don't know how to describe the scents of this skincare but its scent so nice and make me calming. It's the great brand too. So far, I already try the Huxley Hand Cream: Velvet Touch; Huxley Velvet Touch Cleansing Water; and Huxley Extract It Scrub Mask. I would like to give 4 stars out of 5 stars for all of these products.
