HAPPY NEW YEAR 2015!!!

I’m so happy to welcoming the New Year of 2015!! YEAH!! This year, I would like to start the new fresh on the new book in 2015. I hope this year; I can create the great memories with my lovely family and friends… More~ More~ More~ Awesome Memories!! 

What can I say? This year is like totally new start for me, after I was learning many things in 2014. Everything was happening is the past and great lessons for me, so I would like to created new wonderful stories in this year 2015. Even my blog also would be new looks in year 2015. Soon, my wall of Nina Neulrin blog will be change too as my first project in 2015.

Okay, I just think about the New Year’s wish…I knew everyone are start to make the New Year wish of 2015, me too. I have many wishes in year of 2015; I hope I can achieve all of it in 2015. Among my main wish in 2015 as below;

1. Be Healthy.

I hope my health will be improved in this year. Last year, I have problem with my health but I don’t know it’s will be serious or not, because I’ll know the result on end of January 2015.  Of course, I wish for my family and friends will be healthy in this year. So we can create more amazing memories together. 

2. Traveling to Europe.

Start on 2013, I was dream to go traveling to Europe but the main factor is not enough yet… It’s okay. I’ll try again in this year. Maybe I also get chance to attend any Fashion week too.

3. Successful in work and blogging.

Now, I was working as accountant but it’s not my dream job. If you ask me; what is my dream job? I can’t ask it because I still not sure about it until today. I choose accounting for my study in university, because I think I’ll be easy to get the job. That is true; that why after I finish my final exam in Bachelor in Accounting, I got the job directly even I not yet graduated. Maybe I just want to play safe in my life. Even thought accountant is not my dream job but I still hope I can be successful on it. Start on last year, I was fall in love with blogging even blogging is just my hobby. Maybe it’s time to me for take a little bit serious on blogging.

4. Master in Korean languages.

I was learning Korean languages in 2013, but I was stop learning after third level in 2014 of Korean languages. Now, I hope I can continue my study in further level.   

5. Find the true LOVE.

It’s funny, when I say I never fall in love with someone in my life? Okay, expect for my favorite artists. I never fall in love even in high school or university. It’s still same when I start working too. When I on studying, I just think about study – same when I start working.  I not sure what I wait for, but my friends keep asking me, when I want to get married? Maybe I just want to be careful to fall in love with someone because I don’t want to get hurt. Even some man takes the step to know me, but I reject it. I think I should be brave in this year to fall in love with someone. Just wait and see…

Those are all my wishing for New Year 2015. I hope I can achieve my entire wishes in 2015. The funny part is about my number five wishing; I not really sure that I can achieve it or not, because… hahaha... Whatever it’s, I just try my best to achieve it in 2015.

Share with me, what is your wishes list in 2015?

Christmas on 2014, is AWESOME!!! I receive a lot of Christmas gift in this year. I’m feeling so happy. Mostly, I get gifts among cosmetics products.  Among cosmetics brands I get for Christmas gifts are Estee Lauder, Naked, L’Ottance, Victoria Secret, REN, KENS, and diptyque. It’s so wonderful when I have a new collection of variety brands in cosmetics, perfumes and skin care products. Thank you so much for all these Christmas gifts to me. I’m so HAPPY.

This year, I quite a lot explore in many things. I feel like I’ve fall in love with beauty and fashion. Not mean before this I dislike beauty and fashion, just I not really have interest to explore about beauty and fashion; but now, I’ve passion with beauty and fashion. Suddenly, I got a lot of Christmas gifts of variety brands in cosmetics, perfumes and skin care products.

I also get Chinese Tea for my Christmas gift. Soon, I’ll try it.This year of Christmas Eve is the BEST of my life. Thank you so much of this gift. I’m so HAPPY.

Did anyone feeling similar with the book of “A Beautiful Mess Photo Idea Book – 95 Inspiring Ideas for Photographing Your Friends, Your World, and Yourself”?

If you are reading the blog of “A Beautiful Mess” before; this book are from the creators of A Beautiful Mess, Elsie Larson and Emma Chapman. Together they created more e-course, created handy (and do-able) DIY projects and posted almost twice a day. Filled with colorful image, DIY projects and glimpse into the life of Elsie Larson and Emma Chapman; I was instantly captivated. 

Their book A Beautiful Mess Photo Idea Book – 95 Inspiring Ideas for Photographing Your Friends, Your World, and Yourself  is mixed with helpful photography tips and tricks, but it also gives you a glimpse into the world of these two sisters. This book giving a lot of ideas for take the great photo as professional even you are not really professional photography but you also can become the professional photography after reading this book. It’s great for a beginner blogger for improve the photography skill. I like this book because it’s easy to understand.

This book has different sections. The first part will teach you many tips about actual photography. Lighting, backdrops, show portraits are just some of the terms you’ll become familiar with in chapter 1, 2 and 3. Take the time to really utilize this section if you’re interested in photography, because it’s filled with lots of innovative ways to photographs scenery, people or objects. One of the key tips that they regularly mention is that taking an ordinary shot has its perks, but sometimes taking the time to shoot the details adds so much more charisma to the photo. Shoes, sunglasses, smiles, coffee mugs, food; all of these things are details that typically go un-photographed, but if you think about it, have the same capability to take you back to a time and place when you’re looking through pictures in the near off future.

As a blogger, I was improving in many things that are related in blogging – which are in writing, photography, and blog layout concept. I think everyone was known that the second important in blogging after writing is photography. Most of time, people are consider look the great pictures first before open and reading the link of your blog post; after reading the topic of your post. 

When I started make a blog as Nina Neulrin, I was learned many things. Blogging is not simple and easy but when you start make a blog; it does will be wonderful and fun too. I always serious in what I love to do in my life, especially in blogging, even it’s just my hobby. I not consider as expert in blogging, because I also as beginner blogger, which is I still under learning process.

On end of this year, I was receiving a lot of gifts. Last month, my aunty was back for her holiday at New York and she gives to me the lipstick by Laura Mercier and hand lotion by L’Occitane En Provence. Lucky, I can use the lipstick from Laura Mercier because before this my lips are quite sensitive in several brands. Maybe my lips are just sensitive in some ingredient of the lipstick. The color of Laura Mercier Lipstick is Rose. I like this color because its suit to me. The hand lotion from L’Occitane En Provence – Crème Mains Peaux Seches, Beurre De Karite 20% Shea Butter, Dry Skin Hand Cream is also great to my hands.

My officemate was gives to me the Pears Lasting Care Hand Balsam from Hong Kong, after he back from holiday. This brand is quite popular in Hong Kong. After I try this brand for hand lotion, my hands become soft and nice. I like this hand lotion. It’s great gift from Hong Kong.

One of a kind gift, which I got in my life, is Japanese book by Aduma Naomi, Susukino Half-boiled. This Japanese book is the gift from my friend that works at Tokyo, Japan. I not expect that he will give me the Japanese book, even I just knew a little bit of Japanese language. I think after this I need to learn Japanese for my fourth languages. Anyway, I like this gifts since it’s can be my new collections of books. 

I was feeling thankful for all these gifts. That mean, they always remember me while they going to overseas. Thank You so much…. I’m so happy… (^_^)

Seoul has many places to shopping, especially to ladies. Among the places that I always go to shopping at Seoul are Myeong-dong and Hongdae.

Myeong-dong is one of primary shopping districts in Seoul. The two main drags meet in the center of the block with one beginning from Myeong-dong Subway Station (Seoul Subway Line no. 4) and the other from Lotte Department Store at Euljiro. Many brand name shops and department stores line the streets and alleys. Common products for sale include clothes, shoes, and accessories. Not forget that these places also have many skincare stores too.

Euljiro Il-ga Station (Seoul Subway Line 2), Exit 5.

Hongdae (the area in front of Hongik University) is a neighborhood known for its youthful and romantic ambience, underground cultures, and freedom of self-expression. Unique cafes, cozy galleries, accessory stores, fashion shops, live cafes and clubs, art markets, and gourmet make this a popular hang-out for locals in their 20s and 30s and a fascinating place to walk around.

These unique places plus cultural events, street performance, and festivals held here make Hongdae an area that always packed with people and excitement. Special streets such as ateliers’ street (with full of private institutions for art students preparing for university entrance exams), Picasso’s Street, and Club Street are also must-go places if you’re hoping to fully experience the Hongdae area.

Now, I have new favorite brand from Korea, which is Style Nanda. I like the style and fashion in the Style Nanda store. I went the branch at Hongdae. It’s also having the cosmetics brand, which is 3 Concepts. Honestly, my skin is quite sensitive for cosmetics so it’s difficult to me for using any cosmetics, but when I try cosmetics brand from 3 concepts – its suit to my skin. Now, I fall in love to 3 concepts of Korean cosmetics brands. These brands not have in Malaysia yet, so I’ll buy a lot when I go to Seoul again on next year.

Where is your favorite place to shopping at Seoul, Korea?

In year 2014, I was learning many things in my life; which is from good and bad too. Most of peoples wouldn’t forget what was happen to them; especially when its effect to their life. I not a perfect person because I also a normal person too – who are make a mistake sometimes. Before I want to say goodbye as official to close my book in year 2014 and welcoming new book in year 2015, I just want to share my experience to someone in here; if someone have been thru the same stories like me. I hope this lessons not been repeated in the future anymore. This story was affecting my life at the first place but now I can handle it well, after I got big support from my family and close friend – who are trust me from their heart. The most of bad situations in my life is I have been slander from someone that I thought they are my friends even we just meet from beginning. This story was happen on last year but last a few months ago before I went to Seoul, Korea; I got the truth. It’s was unexpected to me. 

The story was beginning like this… I know someone in social networking, when I know they also share same interest with me so I thought we will be good friends after we are meeting. Then, I help them in many things and from the first place, I not mind with that because we are friend. I know my weakness is easy to trust people even I just meet them. Yes, from the beginning everything was fine. One day, they were make one event; which is buying the ticket concert for some peoples in their fan club and they ask me to help them, so it’s been good in the first place until their management got problem. Then, they ask me to help them by using my good name to make a loan from bank. This loan amount is almost RM 30,000. It’s quite huge amount to me so after I ask a few peoples advise for me about this, they told me to don’t do it for my good. I told them that I can’t help them in good way. After that, they really got problem with short money, plus I don’t sure how they manage it. 

Actually, from the beginning of that event was started – I don’t sure how they are working because everything is up and down. When I ask them to double check all the financial statements, I don’t know that they are really double check or not. Then, I withdraw my name from that event or another words, they are withdraw my name from that event. I give everything of their things that I hold before, even though I ask them to meet me, they don’t want to answer my call, or massages. They ask someone to meet me for take all their things from me. During that time, my mom is the witness. She saw everything and she was a little bit disappointed with them of what they are doing to me, since my mom knows them. 

After that, I not hear any news from them directly. I know they are talking the bad things on my back and blame me for what was happen to among their friends until someday, someone from their friends take the brave move to ask me directly about this situation. This person was feel they were should hear the stories on my side too and they were told me, what was happening to them. They have been thru same situation like me too. Now, they believe my truth stories of my side and they also know who are fault in this stories. They also knew their attitude after what was happen to them. 

Since I always traveling in many countries, that don’t mean I was use someone money for that. They were told to their friends that I took the money for that first event. Hello!!!~ I never took anyone money! I was working fulltime as an accountant, and everyday I make saving for my traveling with my own money. I work hard to achieve what I want by my own.  I not take anyone money as their said about me to someone… hmmmm… normally, someone is took my money for their advantage…borrows my money and never return back to me… Even thought, these stories are already been 1 year but I just want to tell the stories on my side.  At the first place, I just take silent actions so they keep update the status about me and blame me for that until today. Now, it’s time for me to take action, since I knew my blog is quite popular and they keep stalker me in all my social networking, include twitter, facebook, instagram, and blog.

Then, they make another event after that first trouble event; which is selling the CD album. I know they are easy gain trust from other peoples, who still believe them until someday it’s also not going well; which is some people already get their CD (late received) or refund, but I know still have some people not yet get anything from them even the CD or refund. I can think the logic reasons, what they will do for thru this bad situation. Hmmmm~ same like before… Now, I not sure how many people have been misguided from them. I hope their will get back their refund from them soon – who are misguided of buy CD album from them. I also hope they will return back the money to someone that they are borrowing before. Just think, what’s make you have so many trouble in the business you are doing? Not just always thinks other people fault or blame it to other innocent peoples, just thinks what is your own fault, even thought you already make so many event after me and your friends left from your group.. Just think about it…

After these bad things happened, I totally withdraw my name from their group forever. My life was turn so great without them in my life anymore. I was feeling not regretted when they are not my friends. That why, in this year; I was been traveling in so many places in different countries. I don’t care what their friends want to said about me because I don’t know them and they don’t know the truth stories about it. Only a few peoples like my parents and close friend are know the truth about it. That was enough to me. What they want to say about me… I don’t care!! Even though, I already forgive them for what’s was they do for me, but that don’t mean they have to be my friends again. I hope I don’t meet people like this anymore on my life.

After this lesson, I was learning to fix up my weakness so someone can’t take advantage from me anymore. If someone have been thru like this, just let’s go even it’s hard to accepted it. Someday yours life will be wonderful when you are in the truth side. Trust me… Now, I know how to different between the true or fake friendship. When you got friends, who are always beside you in no matters what happen, even it’s in good or bad situations; that is mean you are already have the true friendship. Kindly, take care of this person because it’s hard to get in this century. I already found my true friendship and I hope our friendship will be like this forever. I think you can guess who is this person, right? She always was traveling with me, especially to Seoul. We have been traveling together almost 2 years, since 2013. She always trust and support me in no matters what was I have been thru in my life. She also always understands my thought. That why, we are can be BEST friends, since we are meet on 27 October 2012 until today. That is all my stories of lessons in year 2014.

Café J Holic is just as such unique concept of café at Myeongdong area. I sure this café was so famous for K-Pop fans, especially to JYJ fans. This Café J Holic was own by Kim Jaejoong, from members’ of JYJ. Myeongdong is popular places to shopping, especially for tourist. At the same time, it’s so strategic if take rest at this café after tired shopping.

Café J Holic is on the third and fourth floor on the other store. The entrance is having to going this store and going upstairs. The third floor is the order counter and pick-up area with some tables in the front. Next to the counter are the merchandise shelves with some lovely chocolates, glasses, mugs, tumblers, and others.

On the fourth floor; which are healing to a smoking room (with a half-open roof, would be nice to enjoy some hot drinks when autumn), a meeting room, a JH room, and JJ room (Jaejoong wrapped one of his room from home and brought it to the shop).

I like the unique design with yellow as the main color for the interior. The concept of this café also looks awesome. What can I said, its match with the slogan of Café J Holic; which is “The One and Only.”

Did you know that CUBE Studio café and JYP Entertainment are located very near to each other? CUBE Studio is designed as a space where Hallyu stars and their fans can chill out and relax. The studio consists of a café selling drinks and star goods and Hallyu stars’ rehearsal rooms.

You will be more than happy to walk around this area or simply have a drink a CUBE Studio café to enjoy the KPOP atmosphere! CUBE Studio café is managed by CUBE Entertainment and was opened in April 2012.

A corner of the café is dedicated to selling CUBE artistes’ merchandise like light sticks, postcards and others types of souvenirs. CUBE also puts up posters, signatures and limited edition albums for fans to enjoy. 

Its best place if you want to meet your idol from Cube Entertainment, because sometimes artist under Cube Entertainment will buy drinks at the café too. Try your luck.

1. Actually, it’s easy to go to CUBE Studio but the journey it’s quite far from Apgujeong Rodeo (Line Bundang), Exit 3. Then you just walk straight until you saw the big four junction with traffic light and you need to cross the road. Then you will see the “City Bank” on your left.

2. You still need to walk straight until you saw the “Pho Bay” shop or “Citroen” car showroom; then turn left.

3. Walk towards “Tokyo Saikabe” restaurant and make a left turn.

4. Walk pass “Korea House” and Cube Studio Café should be on your left.
