[Travel] #CaféSeries 8 – O'sulloc Tea Museum Café (오설록 티뮤지엄)

by - Thursday, January 11, 2018

O'sulloc Tea Museum is located next to O'sulloc's Seogwang Tea Plantation in Jeju. It's was the first tea museum opened by Amore Pacific in 2001 with the aim of introducing and spreading Korean teas and the traditional tea culture of Korea.

The museum is a cultural space where the West and the East, and modernity and tradition coexist in harmony. The museum has a tea gallery, eco-friendly resting area, and café; where you can enjoy a variety of tasty tea-based desserts. I have been learning many things about tea in this place. I love tea so much, that why I take chance to visit this place when I have the trip to Jeju Island.

The operation hours are from 09:00 am until 18:00 pm. The hours are subject to change depending on heavy rain or snow. As you know, the O'sulloc Tea Museum is just beside the Innisfree House Jeju (이니스프리 제주하우스). So you can visit both places when you are going to Jeju Island.

We're taking chance to taste the special desserts at the O'sulloc Tea Museum Café; another word we're just taking a high-tea. My mom and sister take the order of Set A; which are Green Tea Ice-cream, Green Tea Cake, and Green Tea Ice Blended. The price is KRW 17,000 (RM 64.60). The taste is harmony for me since the grebe tea's favor is not too strong and just nice. It's delicious.
