On the previous post on my blog, I was updating the stories on Day 1 and sharing the journey from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to London, England by using the Oman Air on 28 November 2019 (Thursday). On 29 November 2019 (Friday), it's the real story of a dream trip to Western Europe; which is, the first destination is London, England within the second day of this trip.

My first tour in England is beginning in London, England for 3 days and 2 nights. The moments we're arriving at Heathrow International Airport, we're starting the tour with the shopping tour by bus. It sounds like something weird, but that what's happening on the day we've arrived in London. Our tour leader just inform us that the day we've arrived in London is the Black Friday event and it's close to Christmas day so she is expected that many people will queue outside the store. Since we've arrived early at Heathrow International Airport, our bus driver not yet arrives and then, I take the time to change our style and do some human things.

TIP 3 – Some of our group members looking at the SIM card pack at the airport, but I advise it's easy if you rent the pocket WiFi from Kuala Lumpur, and then share it with your family or friends together. I think that way can save some of your money. If I not mistake, 1 pocket WiFi device can be shared up to 6 devices in one time and it depends on the pocket WiFi device too. It's better to double-check before you make the booking. For me, it's easy by rental the pocket WiFi and shares with my family along the trip, rather buys the SIM card pack. I'm petty lazy to change my SIM card through my iPhone and I'm also scared if my local SIM card is getting lost – sometimes I'm careless too so better I'm being careful.

We're waiting at the airport for almost 1 hour and our bus driver has arrived in pick-up us. Our bus is quite big and comfortable but our driver has some habits that make us uncomfortable, which is he not allow us to wait for our luggage to reloads on the bus. He wants us to seat on the bus. He says that we did not trust him to reload our luggage. I think from the first time meeting, of course, we did not trust you but yes, he does well his jobs. Another way, I asking my mom and sister to monitor our luggage from the bus windows (both sides) so on that way, we're confident that our luggage already loading on the bus.

The first destination of our shopping tour is Bicester Village. Bicester Village is an outlet shopping center on the outskirts of Bicester, a town in Oxfordshire, England. It is owned by Value Retail plc. The center opened in 1995. Most of its stores are in the luxury goods and designer clothing sector. The center is the second most visited location in the United Kingdom by Chinese tourists, after Buckingham Palace. The village opening hours, from Monday to Friday is 09:00 – 19:00; Saturday is 09:00 – 20:00; and Sunday is 10:00 – 19:00.

The journey from Heathrow International Airport to the Bicester Village is taken almost 1 hour 5 minutes by bus. If you have planning to go there by yourself, you can use public transport to go to Bicester Village. The center is served by Bicester Village rail station, which has a regular direct connection to London Marylebone and Oxford, provided by Chiltern Railways. This station was formerly known as Bicester Town. For information, just visit the Bicester Village website or download the apps of the Bicester Village on your phone.

The temperature at the Bicester Village is around 2ºC. Yes, it's quite cold for us. As we expected, almost the car parking is full in the early morning and we can see many people already start shopping at the moment we arrive at Bicester Village. Our tour leader gives us time until the afternoon to shopping and lunch at the Bicester Village. It's around 3 to 4 hours we have time to shopping there.

Based on my experience, when we're shopping during special events; it has pros and cons. The advantage parts are almost every stores is open with special discounts and the price is cheaper rather than the original price of the luxury items. But the disadvantaged part is most of the store have many people take the long queue and some of the items maybe not the latest luxury items or maybe not suits your tastes.

TIP 4 – If you have the plan to travel during the Sales periods; plan your itinerary well and update the operation time of the stores before you go there. Try to start your day in the early morning so you can arrive at your destination early before many people, and make fast decisions once you plan to buy something in the store. Plan to visit your favorite stores at the beginning, before you plan to walk around there.

TIP 5 – As a tourist, you're entitled to claim a tax refund, so ask the sale person about it and the amount of minimum purchase, before you make payment. It's because some stores have a different form that needs you to fill-up and makes sure you double-check your receipts before you go out of the stores. In this Bicester Village, it's also available the Tax Refund Office, you can go there to make the Tax Refund process but it's can be made if you just travel around the UK only and if you going another Europe country, you can make the Tax Refund claim at the last airport before you go back to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you still confuse, you also can double-check at the Tax Refund Office about that before you leave the Bicester Village.

For me, it does take a lot of time to visit one by one store during this special event, especially in the afternoon and evening. Maybe some of you will end up like nothing to shopping in this place, so planning well if you want to go during a special event or day. What's I get during our shopping at the Bicester Village is two (2) Coach Handbag – Signature City Zip Tote [£99 (RM 529.65) from original price £325] and Hudson Crossbody In Natural Smooth Leather [£99 (RM 529.65) from original price £425]; and the last is Kate Spade New York Daisy iPhone Xs Max Case, Black [£14 (RM 74.90) from original price £55 and outlet price £34]. [Rate £ on this trip = 5.35].

We take our lunch at the Pret A Manger. I think the most famous sandwich restaurant in the UK. We just take a vegetable sandwich basis and a couple of hot coffees for hot our cold body before us getting on the bus to the next destination on this day.

TIP 6 – The Bicester Village also has the Prayer Room for the Muslim Tourist, the room is known as the Contemplation Room; you can ask the Bicester Village staff 'how to go there?' if you getting lost at this area.

The next destination on the first day is London Designer Outlet Wembley. The journey from Bicester Village to London Designer Outlet Wembley is taken almost 40 minutes. The London Designer Outlet Wembley (abbreviated LOD) is a semi-outdoor shopping center in Wembley Park, north-west London. It was the first outlet center to open on Greater London and officially opened on 24 October 2013 as part of the 87-acre Wembley Park Redevelopment project by owners Quintain. The development cost £65 million and is located next to Wembley Stadium and The SSE Arena, and steps from Brent Civic Centre. The total retail space of the shopping center is 350,000 sq ft (33,000m²).

With its location next to Wembley Stadium and its line-up of well-known brands, LDO is becoming famous for its 'athleisure' stores, though its top performers reflect its greater diversity and include one of the top Gap outlet stores in Europe, one of the top Nike outlet stores in Europe and the top Guess outlet store in Europe. It opened UK 'firsts' for outlet stores from H&M, Converse, and Haribo. The operation hour is around 10 am to 8 pm from Monday to Saturday, and 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday.

TIP 7 – Before I forget, we got the chance to visit Tesco Extra Store at the London Designer Outlet Wembley. We're looking for some bread and it's cheap at the Tesco Extra Store, so if you want to buy food items at a cheaper price, you can visit any Tesco Extra Store. For Muslim tourists, if you want to buy some bread – better looking the vegan bread in the store, just double-check the ingredients list on the bread.

Its have many stores in this place and quite a nice place to hang out with family and friends too. Since it's still in the sales season so most of it I not get what's I want. We're walking around in this area and we also never forget to take nice photos too. We have time around 3 hours to kill here before we're headed to dinner at the Nur Malaysia Restaurant London.

The first of our dinner in London is the Malaysia cruises from the Nur Malaysia Restaurant London. The menu is simple, like "Ayam Masak Merah" spicy red chicken with fried mix vegetables and rice. The drinks are plain water and the desserts are "bubur pulut hitam" – I not sure what's the name of the desserts in English. Overall, our first dinner menu in London is just nice.

Since we're already tired and its time to check-in our hotel room at the St Giles Feltham Hotel. This hotel is nearby the Heathrow International Airport but it's far from London City. I thought the hotel management already prepare the room key to our group since we're check-in in our room around 7 pm, but it's not. We have to wait at the hotel lobby for almost 30 minutes to 40 minutes, just to get our room key. The waiting time is making me feel so tired.

Our room as the triple room is nice and big too. The room is complete with the basic needs, like air conditioning, work desk, WiFi access, color TV with news and radio channels, hairdryer, Direct Dial telephone with voicemail, complimentary tea & coffee facilities, all bathrooms feature a bath & shower, digital safe, blackout facility, and soundproof windows. We're staying in the same hotel for 3 days 2 nights and the next day is considering the real London City tour for me.

As you can see on the first day we've arrived in London, we don't have Tour Guide – everything was guided by Tour Leader – Ms. Rozana. Maybe because in our itinerary just have two (2) places that for shopping only. Overall the first day in London was tired of us.

That is all my stories on day 2 of this trip. Just for your information, I have been writing the extra note tip about Dream Trip to Western Europe in November 2019 based on my experience during this trip. Feel free to read it. Here, the link to the continued stories about the Dream Trip to Western Europe in November 2019 – Day 1, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6, Day 7, Day 8, Day 9, Day 10, Day 11, and Day 12.

The first time in my life, one of my biggest dreams comes true in this year of 2019; which am I want to travel to Western Europe at least once in my life. I feel lucky after hard-working, now I can enjoy my reward to myself together with my mom and sister. Meanwhile, in another part of my mind, I'm proud to myself that I can accomplish one of my dreams within this year.

Actually, from the beginning, my sister and I were looking for the tour package to New Zealand (North & South). It is because lately we saw a lot of people starting to travel to New Zealand and it makes me feel want to going there, especially during the Lupin Flowers Season. But the biggest problem is most of the tour package to New Zealand is pricy and higher than our travel budget.

Then, we're found the interesting tour package that catches our attention during the MATTA Fair in March 2019 at PWTC, Kuala Lumpur. From that, we're booking the Muslim tour package of Explore Europe within 6 Countries on winter season by International Flight of Oman Air, inclusive the 3-star hotel with breakfast; dinner; city tax in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, & Zurich; entrance ticket fee to Amsterdam Canal Cruise, & Mt. Titlis Cable Car; transportation of bus coach and ferry from Dover to Calais; tour guide with tipping; and also tour leader from Malaysia. The tour package fare includes travel insurance for an adult who is RM 8,100. This Muslim tour package is under Travel Company of Wan Vacation Sdn Bhd or known as SelamatBercuti.com. What do can I say, this is our first time using this travel company and I will tell you the honest review about this Muslim tour package. The most important part, this review is not sponsored by them. We're paid by ourselves to this Muslim tour package.

The destinations of Western Europe are England (London), France (Paris), Belgium (Brussels), Netherlands (Amsterdam), Germany (Frankfurt) and Switzerland (Zurich) + Mt. Titles. This trip is started from Kuala Lumpur to London on 28 November 2019 (Thursday) and back home from Zurich, Switzerland to Kuala Lumpur on 9 December 2019 (Monday). It makes this journey is 12 days and 9 nights by transit at Muscat, Oman. The total person of our group is 32 people, which is including 29 adults and 3 children – together with one tour leader (Ms. Rozana – freelance) from the SelamatBercuti.com staff. The journey in between the European Countries is by bus coach, which starts from London, England until the end of Zurich, Switzerland.

Before 10 days of our departure date, one of the SelamatBercuti.com staff was creates the WhatsApp group of this tour for updating the information regarding this tour, but she updated the final information and itinerary, just 9 days before our departure date to Western Europe. I was dealing with 3 different staff from beginning to end of this tour. It's quite disappointed a bit because the second staffs not helpful when I asked a few questions about updating of this tour by email and her/his make me wait – until I decide to go to their HQ Office at Taman Connaught, KL and then, I was meet another staff that in charges to this tour. I not sure how the working style of them working on but as the customer, it feels not secure to join this tour if the few staff working like that. I hope their working style will be improved in the future.

Then, the big day is beginning on 28 November 2019 (Thursday) – the day of our trip to Western Europe. Our departure date from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to London Heathrow Airport by Oman Air and we need to transit at Muscat International Airport, Oman for 1 hour and 55 minutes. Our plane number is WY 824 from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Muscat International Airport. Since our flight from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Muscat, Oman on 21:05 (28 November – Thursday), so we need to standby at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysia on 17:30 – just to settle the check-in baggage group process at the Oman Air Check-In Baggage Counter and some briefing about our vacation from the Tour Leader.

The funny part, I'm sure the entire tour group member is not recognized who is the Tour Leader of Ms. Rozana so we just asking the entire tour group member until she hears about it. For me, it does be nice if she introduces who she is when we're waiting on the check-in group of Oman Air counter. I'm not sure, it's because we're going on holiday in the school holiday period or the staff working slow, but we waiting there like forever. Of course, we feeling tired before the tour is begun – just waiting so long at the KLIA for the check-in luggage process. We don't have much time to have our dinner before we're check-in to Malaysia immigration. It is finished the check-in luggage process, around 19:15. It's a short time before the boarding time at 20:10 and everything is rushing to us, just on the first day.

TIP 1 – It's better if you eating first once you're arrived at KLIA before you process to Check-In Airlines Counters during school holidays or public holidays; so you not feeling rushing at the beginning of your trip.

Everything is the same rule of the international flight; which is the same time as stand-by at the airport is 3 hours for doing the check-in baggage and also take the boarding pass at the airlines' counters. The Oman Air is allowed the check-in baggage of two (2) baggages only with the weight, not more than 30 kg. It's also allowed the hand-carry baggage of 1 cabin baggage and 1 handbag with not more 7 kg of weight. I think this rule is almost the same as Malaysia Airlines too.

The journey from KUL to MCT is taken the time around 6 hours 45 minutes. The flight number is WY 824. The departure time is 21:05 (09:05 pm) from KUL and we arrived at the MCT on 00:15 (12:15 am), 29 November 2019 (Friday). The plane is medium size and the seat arrangement of economy class the 2 – 4 – 2. The frustrating part is when Oman Air's staff can't arrange well seating for our group and our family was be separate during this journey. My mom's seat is quite far from me and my sister. I seating together with my sister at the window seat.

Since it's a long journey from KUL to MCT, We get the small pillow, blanket, earphone, and small pocket bag (stocking and toothbrush & toothpaste). The entertainment on this plane is quite nice and many choices of the movie but since I'm so tired, then most of the time I'm sleeping on the plane.

On this journey, we're got meals two times; which is the dinner and the continental breakfast. Before they serve the meal to the passenger, they are given the menu but when they arrive at our seating, the menu is not enough. In my opinion, the meals onboard Oman Air is not suited to my tastes, maybe. It's because most of the meals, I can't finish it.

The conjunction time of transit is just around 1 hour 55 minutes but for me, it's rushing, since we have to take the airport transit train to go to another terminal. It's quite far and also it takes time to walk. It does not include the time that has been taken to search the flight gate of the next flight and also the security check sections. In my experience, its better take time more than 2 hours when you decide to book the transit flight like this so you're will have more time to walk and rest before the next flight.

Based on my experience, the transit at Muscat, Oman is taking time especially during the security check section and we have to pass the two security check sections for the journey to London, England. That means, its have two (2) times of security check section at the transit terminal (one – the general security check section, once you walk to the transit; and two – the second of security check section at the waiting gate of your flight) for flight to London, England. We've to run to our flight gate and no time for us to going to the toilet at the airport.

TIP 2 – Try to get ready before you process the security checking section at the transit terminal airport if you have a short time of the conjunction time, like me. For example, you need to take-off of your jacket, shoes, empty your pocket, standby the key of your hand-carry bag if you lock (if they ask you to open, then its will short your time), and follow the standard rule of the security check procedure for saving your time at the security check section.

The journey from Muscat International Airport (MCT) to Heathrow International Airport (LHR) takes time around 7 hours 40 minutes. The flight number is WY 103. The departure time is 02:10 (02:10 am) from MCT, 29 November 2019 (Friday). The plane looks like a small plane and the seat arrangement of economy class 3 – 3. On this journey, we're got seating together in 1 row (3 seating) beside the window. We also get the small pillow, blanket, earphone, and small pocket bag (stocking and toothbrush & toothpaste) – same as the journey from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Muscat, Oman. The entertainment on this plane is quite nice and many choices of the movie but since I'm so tired, then most of the time I'm sleeping on the plane.

On this journey, we're got meals two times; which is the dinner and the continental breakfast. Before they serve the meal to the passenger, they are given the menu to us. In my opinion, the meals onboard Oman Air is not suited to my tastes, maybe. It's because most of the meals, I can't finish it.

After the 7 hours 40 minutes journey from Muscat, Oman to London, England – finally we're safely arriving at the Heathrow International Airport on 05:55 am on 29 November 2019 (Friday). Just early a few minutes from the originally scheduled time of arrived flight. Once, I arrived at Heathrow International Airport, I do not feel any of jetlag symptoms and I feel so relieved about that since it's a long journey to me – almost 16 hours journey if include with transit. The difference time between London, England with Malaysia is behind 8 hours from Malaysia. The season in London, England at that moment is late autumn and early winter.

During the London immigration counter, we can go together to the counter by family basis. The immigration will cop your passport together with your family if you going to London with family or friends. It's easy and normally, they're asking the basic questions to you but I do advise to you, if you going to London as free and easy – you should do print all the documents and stand-by on your hands during the immigration session. Then, if you have nothing to declare, just walking straight to the nothing to declare after takes your luggage. As I remember at that moment; we don't have to fill up any form while we're arriving in London, England. We just were walking straight to the immigration counters.

That is all my stories on day 1 of this trip. Just for your information, I have been writing the extra note tip about Dream Trip to Western Europe in November 2019 based on my experience during this trip. Feel free to read it. This is another product from Korean brand's that I would like to try on, which is Ryo Jayangyunmo Hair Loss Care Essence (Ginseng EX) (75ml) with the normal price is RM 74.00. I bought this product at the Malaysia Watson Stores with the discount price is RM 64.00. On the previous post, I already make a review about Ryo Jayangyunmo Anti-Haor Loss Shampoo (Oily Scalp) and Treatment; and Ryo Hambitmo Damage Care Treatment. Then, in this post, I would like to make another review of the Ryo Jayangyunmo Hair Loss Care Essence (Ginseng EX).

Ryo Jayangyunmo Hair Loss Care Essence (Ginseng EX); GinsenEX™, a new hair loss treatment technology derived from the vitality of ginseng. A hair loss treatment essence with Ginseng EX from Korean ginseng for a healthy scalp and strong hair roots at the crown, part and around the thinning area.

Korean FDA-reported Functional Cosmetics give 4 reasons why Jayang Yunmo Essence is special. First, powerful GinsenEX helps to strengthen hair from root to tip, an ingredient naturally derived from ginseng. Second, the exclusive technology to extract the patented ingredient, designed to deliver fully the efficacy of ginseng. Differential pressure circulation method exclusive to Amorepacific can directly extract the active ingredient of ginseng without heat treatment. The third is carefully selected small-to-medium-sized ginseng high in saponin content – through direct extraction from the ingredient, made from only fine ginseng roots known to have the highest saponin content. Last, free of 6 ingredients which are Silicone oil,  Animal-derived ingredients, Synthetic colors, Mineral oil, Triethanolamine, and Imidazolidinyl urea.

How to use the Ryo Jayangyunmo Hair Loss care Essence? Step 1 – apply the essence, making sure the massage stick directly touches the scalp. Step 2 – additional applies to the problem area. Step 3 – using the fingertips (not the fingernails), work the scalp in a massaging motion. TIP – use on the dry scalp after shampoo (followed by treatment). For best results, use 2 times a day in the morning and evening. In another word, it is can be used daily after shampoo your hair. The scent is quite strong of Ginseng scents but it's will be gone within a few minutes after applying it. It also gives the cooling effect once you apply it.  For me, after using it within 2 weeks; it shows my hair loss is reducing slowly. I like this product so far. I would like to give 4.7 stars out of 5 stars for this product.
