This is my first time try the brand of Cocod'or that a leading Candle and Diffuser company in Korea. I bought the Cocod'or Reed Diffuser (50ml) at the price is RM 21.90 but the normal price is RM 35.00 on the Hermo website. It is a thoughtful gift idea for weddings, birthdays, housewarming parties, Christmas, holidays, Mother's day, and Father's Day. The fragrances are free from formaldehyde, methanol, benzene, glyoxal, and cl dichloroethylene and adhere to IFRA standards and regulations. All of our diffuser bottles have completed safety tests. You can choose to add or remove the number of reed sticks to match your taste. It takes 1 or 2 days for the fabric sticks to soak in the scent. When the fragrance weakens, simply turn the reed sticks upside down or replace them with new ones.

Love the scene, but due to the hot weather, it evaporated quite fast, so I need to refill as soon as it's finished. I would like to give 4.7 stars out of 5 stars for this product. I will repurchase this product in the future.

So far, I like this product by multipurpose using even I can use it on my clothes or spray on my space area to change the better mood, especially when I'm at the office. Even the scent only stays by 2 – 3 hours after using but I stay like it because it's small and easy to carry around me. I would like to give 4.7 stars out of 5 stars for this product.

When I saw this quote, it makes me think wisely about that. Sometimes, I forget what's was happen in my life have the reason. It takes time for me to understand the reason what's happened in my life. In the journey to understand it, it makes me a negative person rather than the positive person. I think it's a common stage for a person like me, who is not felt grateful in the first place. After the time is past, its do make me think the reason for what's happened in my life has the reason and I have to feel grateful for what's I have in my life even it's a small thing. Because of that, I'm slowly studying about Self-Love and also the Healing Process of my life. I think I do have to change my life to become a grateful and positive person. Life has to be balanced with the work, family and yourself. 

Recently, the Self-Love or Self-Care that I do practice in my daily life is as per below.

Just do what you love to do, which makes you felt happy.

Sometimes, the simple things I love to do can make me felt happy like watching the K-Drama, writing the gratitude journal, study the Korean language back, and hang out with my family or friends.

Create a visualization board.

I can't remember when I do start to create a visualization board but I do start to do it on the last years ago. It's so helped me to manifest what I want to achieve in my life. 

Visit a new restaurant and café.

In this part, I do love to do visit a new restaurant and café while I'm traveling back to Seoul, Korea and I rare to do it in my city. Just this year, I try to do it in my city.

Be a tourist in your city.

I not sure when I will start to be a tourist in my city. It's because normally I have my activities on the weekend but I'll try to do it soon.

Photography.

Practice or learn about photography does make me felt happy about it, especially when I post some of it in my Instagram account.

Plan a vacation.

In this part, I always do from the beginning because I feel relieved of my stress while I'm going on holiday at least once a year. When I've free time, I'll try to make draft my travel planning on the next trip. 

Aromatherapy at home.

Last year, I was bought the Muji aromatherapy to relaxing my mind after the stressful day. It's helped my mom and me, especially after work. 

Pick the flowers for yourself.

Normally, I pick the flowers for the blog product photoshoot but after I use it, I will place the flowers around my house for fresh scents so it's can be dual. 

Read or watch something inspirational.

Recently, I like to watch Youtube that talks about self-love or self-care, minimal and simple living, traveling, photography tips, and daily log from the Korean YouTubers.

Take walks in the parks.

Every morning, I will take at least 20 minutes by walking around the parks that nearby my office. It makes me feel fresh and relax after that. It's just nice activates before I'm going to the office. 

Listen to favorite music.

Normally, I'll listen to my favorite music while I'm stress doing my work at the office. Yes, my favorite music is K-pop songs or sometimes I'm listening to the piano instrument based on K-Pop songs too. Its do help me to feel relax in the office.

Eat healthy foods.

Just reduce eat salt and oily foods. I do eat more fruits and vegetables. I do like to start to eat fruits in the first place before I take any meals in my daily life. Its do helps my digestion too. 

Drinks more plain water, especially in the morning.

I think it's normal when you hear about drink more plain water at least 8 glasses per day. Yes, it does difficult from the beginning but I practice to drink more plain water, especially once I wake up in the morning.

Make a bucket list.

For some reason, I always write the bucket list because I want to achieve something I want in my life. This is the way I can do manifest about what's I dream of.

I do admit after I was practice this Self-Love care in my daily life; it's does work on me. I felt grateful and happy what's ever I do. The important point is I'm slowly healing my feeling and I try my best to open my heart. It's a good start to balance my lifestyles. 

The last topic I talk about Study Korean Back by Myself in May 2018. It is been a while, I did not update the status of my Korean Language study. It's quite difficult to study the Korean language by myself since me not good to manage time for study.  So what's the progress of my study? Hmm… nothing. Can I say like that? But it's the reality. The day I post this topic is the Hangeul Proclamation (9 September 2019 – Wednesday) in South Korea. So I take this opportunity to share my progress about my Korean study even it's not much.

At this point, the Korean Books that I have been using for study are Korean Grammar in Use Beginner, The Korean Verbs Guide Vol. 1 & 2, and My Weekly Vocabulary Book 1 & 2. Sometimes, I also read some of Korean books story like Winnie the Pooh (Korean Edition) 곰돌이 푸, 행복한 일은 매일 있어, and 곰돌이 푸, 서두르지 않아도 괜찮아. I created the three (3) notebooks for this Korean study; which is the first notebook for Korean Grammar in Use Beginner; second notebook for The Korean Verbs Guide Vol. 1 & 2, and My Weekly Vocabulary Book 1 & 2, and the last notebook for Winnie the Pooh (Korean Edition) 곰돌이 푸, 행복한 일은 매일 있어 and 곰돌이 푸, 서두르지 않아도 괜찮아.

I'm feeling comfortable by writing the point that I understand in the notebooks while I study using these books. For me, writing it does make me remember and understand what do I have been to study about it. It takes time but it's the way I can remember easily by writing down in the notebooks, rather than typing. I try my best to write the point that easy to understand in my way.

Then, the most important thing is time management for a person like me; which is I'm working full-time and I don't have much time to study even after work. So what can I do? I have to plan well my study plan, for example like 30 minutes to study every day. If I can't do so, I have to cover back my time on the weekend. Normally, I have time on the weekend but sometimes many things or activities on the weekend that make me not have time to study. Even though my enemy is time management but I do try to study back Korean language by myself; it takes time since I'm taking almost 5 years not continue to study the Korean language.

Among my favorite fragrances brand is Jo Malone London. Jo Malone London is a UK-based fragrance designer who got her start in the fragrance industry as s florist. Her lifelong fondness for all things fragrant began as a child when she tried to produce her fragrances using flowers from the family garden and grated soap. Working as a florist by day and a beautician who did facials by night, her business took off when the Nutmeg and Ginger bath oil she produced as a thank-you gift for clients led to requests for re-orders. In 1994, Jo Malone opened her first boutique in London, offering fragrances, skin care, and home scents. A flagship boutique on London's famed Sloane Street was opened in 1999.

Jo was an early advocate for the concept of combining fragrances. Her unisex scents often focused on a single note or a simple combination of two or three essences. The scents were designed to be worn alone or with other scents in the collection, allowing the wearer to create a custom scent-or a variety of them-by layering the different scents on the skin. The simple but elegant cream-colored packing with black trim perfectly embodied the tasteful, often subtle and dignified scents in the line. 

Among the fragrance scents I love it are Peony & Blush Suede Cologne (30 ml) with the price is RM 250, English Pear & Freesia Cologne (30 ml & 100 ml), and Sakura Cherry Blossom Limited Edition Cologne (100 ml); with the price is RM 250 (30 ml) and RM 515 (100 ml). all these fragrances, I bought on last year at the Jo Malone Store in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, but just Sakura Cherry Blossom Limited Edition Cologne (100 ml), I bought at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). 

The Peony & Blush Suede Cologne is the essence of charm. Peonies in voluptuous bloom, exquisitely fragile. Flirtatious with the juicy bite of red apple and the opulence of jasmine, rose, and gillyflower. Mingling with the sensuality of soft, blush suede. Luxurious and seductive. The English Pear & Freesia Cologne is the essence of autumn. The sensuous freshness of just-ripe pears is wrapped in a bouquet of white freesias, and mellowed by amber, patchouli, and woods. Brightened with sparkling bergamot. I'm sure, if I do have a trip to London someday I would like to buy Jo Malone London fragrance for my collections. 

Recently I become the big fan of aromatherapy, especially to the natural essential oil. I hear the natural essential oil have a lot of benefit to our body and mind. Nowadays, the Bath & Body Works Stores in Malaysia have sold a lot of aromatherapy products. I bought the Bath & Body Works, Sleep – Lavender & Cedarwood Essential Oil Rollerball (8 ml); Bath & Body Works, Focus – Eucalyptus & Tea Essential Oil Rollerball (8 ml); Bath & Body Works, Happiness – Bergamot & Mandarin Essential Oil Rollerball (8 ml); and Bath & Body Works, Energy – Orange & Ginger Essential Oil Rollerball (8 ml). The normal price is RM 70.00 each. 

All the essential oil I bought from Bath & Body Works Store is helping change my mood, mind and soothe body while I using it. It is also easy to carry around and small, especially when I go traveling. I also not have the problem to carry it on the plane if I put it in my handbag. The best part when I take breathes deeply after I put it on my wrists. Mostly I like the Sleep – Lavender & Cedarwood Essential Oil Rollerball. It really helps me deeply sleep all the night after me using it when I needed to. Maybe this price is expensive for essential oil but since it works well for me, then I never mind to spend a little bit on my self-care. I would like to give 4.5 stars out of 5 stars for these products.
